Scheduled a Diagnostic for Wednesday. Car sat in their lot for 4 days without them ever looking at it. Called every day and was told they hadn't looked at it yet. Then on Saturday, I called again and they said they might be able to look at it on Monday, after we scheduled a Wednesday morning time. Seems like I paid to tow the car to the parking lot they call a shop.

Chose this place near my house because I needed a state inspection. When I went to pick up my car everything was good it just needed a headlight changed. The owner chose it upon himself to replace the bulb and charge me 56.35 extra more than the inspection without calling me and asking if its ok. A replacement bulb cost $10 and takes less than 2 minutes to replace. As soon as I politely asked why he didn't call me first he exploded and told me that I'm being petty and he doesn't want my business and dosen't want to talk to me anymore. At least he did remove the $15 installation fee but still charged me $41.35 for one bulb 31.35 upcharge. I took the higher road in this situation and paid him after he threw the pen at me and was very insulating. My experience is that he is a very bitter man with a short fuse. Go somewhere else for inspections
