New update. Finally the system is working as it should. The company did correct the issues. They apparently got restructured. I that I am glad. As of February 2017, the last of the problems were fixed. So far, it's been doing what it should. 😆

If I had a time machine I'd go back and use Solarcity. I was told so many lies by SunPower. I believe the sales person that lied to me is no longer working there but the company did a poor job of fixing all his broken promises. I would not recommend. Check the yelp reviews also

So pleased we chose SunPower as our residential solar source. There are many companies providing solar services and selection can be daunting. I can confidently recommend SunPower based on the quality of service we’ve enjoyed from the outset to present. We have received first-class customer service from all staff we have encountered. Staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Specifically, I offer kudos to Monica and Revival. They have set the standard for their colleagues to emulate.

this company is closed. Their contractor's license was revoked by the state of Nevada.

Overall great experience. On solar now for almost 2 years and never had a major issue. Sales guys messed up a little not "up selling" me for bird barrier or consumption meter up front which we added a few months after initial install. Bird barrier is WORTH IT and the consumption meter really gives you up to the minute power usage in your home and helps better calculate your savings against your generation numbers. We are now renting that home out and looking to get panels on our new home once we have some average usage numbers to base another system on.
