My father had an appointment with Dr. Patel in the dermatology department. Upon arriving there was no one at the receptionist desk for over 10 minutes. Seems as if they are extremely understaffed. When we finally got put into the room, we waited another 45 minutes for the doctor to actually show up. As he entered, he had NO mask on, and he didn't even know who the patient was. Didn't ask for the name of the patient but just asked which one of us me or my father who was the patient. He didn't care to even look at any medical files from the previous appointment, so he didn't really know why we where there follow up from a biopsy. Spent over an hour after my scheduled appointment to see him, for him to just spend 5 to 10 min in the room. No questions really answered and extremely unprofessional being preoccupied with his cell phone. Left today with unanswered questions. Looking for a new dermatologist. Be aware seems as if he is the only doctor and only one nurse, so you should be expecting a long wait time.
The location is understaffed and in need of at least one other technician. It's a small office with a few seats, and it gets really busy. The person who helped me was nice and seemed to know her job well, which was appreciated. They could benefit from better HIPAA training, especially when it comes to asking patients questions which others could potentially hear.
Lori the phlebotomists is very nasty and rude! If she doesn’t like her job she should quit. I waited 30 minutes so she can draw my blood and on top of that she was giving me an attitude for no apparent reason. Every time a patient would walk in the office and sign their name she would role her eyes. I work In an office as well but never did I show a patient I was annoyed nor was I ever rude for no apparent reason
It took me 45 mins to walk here because all other ones have closed to find a hand written note on the door saying "out to lunch 12:30-1:30". If you need to close a business for a full hour for lunch, that needs to be posted publically, everywhere. Now you are wasting 45 mins of my time and making me late to work because of your inconsiderate behavior.
terrrible service, incompetent staff. losing and confusing patient's documents. the staff arguing amoung themselves.. rude distracted nurse . this all occurred on the same day visit.
They are no longer in this building so don’t come I just wasted my time coming here
Always curt and rude. Did not do all the tests ordered- had to go back twuce.
Quick service. Accommodated me as a walk in. Professional.
