There customer service is terrible. The lady's in the front off have nothing but attitude, are rude, and have no customer service ethics. And don't ask them for anything because they will just hang up on you.
Great folks and knowledgeable. Answered our questions. Our dogs were comfortable with them. I look forward to getting my pup neutered and spayed.
The veterinarian is great. The will not try to take advantage or take your money. Only gives what the pet needs. Not any unnecessary stuff.

Dr. Henderson and his staff are awesome. He took his time, explained and even showed me what's going on with my cat. And gave me the pros and cons of what could / should be done.
