Sunrize Home Inspection

I have been using Doug w Sunrize Home Inspection Services since I became a Realtor. I trust him to get the work done and in a quick and timely manner. Doug was very nice. However he failed to do a complete sewer scope on my sewer line. After 10 days in the new house we had an issue. A crack in the line outside the home right in front of the connection to the main sewer line. He should of seen this in the sewer scope. This costed us over 5000 dollars. I called Doug repeatedly with no response. I also tired to sever Doug with no luck as well. He is not trust worthy and will not make things right when he is in the wrong. I would give him zero stars if possible. Do yourself a favor and find another inspector with more knowledge.

Doug was amazing! He talked me through everything he was doing and provided so much information and knowledge. He was friendly and efficient and answered all my questions. Doug helped me understand so much about the house and it was an overall very positive experience.
