The staff is always smiling, welcoming, friendly & extremely accommodating. I'm very happy with their package prices, and they always seem to runs great deals. They have a few locations which is nice as well, although I've only been to the one on prospect avenue. I was concerned about finding parking, however I haven't had an issues thus far. I've received numerous compliments on my tan & people are surprised when I tell them it's a spray tan. I highly recommend this place.

Best tanning salon in Milwaukee area. The staff are always very knowledgeable and always make sure I get the best service unlike other tanning salons. John is normally at the front desk when I go in and makes tanning a delightful experience. Highly recommend!

I love this tanning salon. No hidden fees, no scamming or dishonest marketing practices, which I love. The staff is tremendously knowledgeable about the products and beds, not to mention the fact that they’re extremely accommodating as well. Sometimes the bulbs go out in the beds, and that sucks, but that’s a very minor issue compared to what people complain about at other tanning salons. This salon keeps their beds sanitary! Their annual plan prices are better than any salon within 50 miles. I have yet to find a more affordable and accommodating salon. The salon employees at many of the other places nearby aren’t very hospitable and should probably not be working in customer service. Thankfully, the people who work here are excellent at what they do. For me, the service and good prices trump everything else. 5/5

Great place. I found a place with the same types of beds for only $20/month. You pay for the location. Very nice staff. Only had one person be disrespectful, but I never saw her again.

Tan was beautiful and natural, loved going here for my tans. my problem is i’m still continuing to be charged for a subscription I canceled months ago. If you do go here, refrain from putting your card on file. they are a money hungry conniving business.Service: Spray tanning

Love this place for tanning! Friendly staff! I’ve seen some ads for saunas that they have at other locations and I would love to see one here on the east side! Great place overall though!

I did NOT have a good experience here. I got charged $80 in one month to tan which is outrageous. I was told I get charged on the 28th of every month, but got charged twice in one month since you have to pay $20 to even sign up for a membership, and a pro rate. Also, do not sign up for a membership if you will not be using for more than 4 months otherwise it is impossible to get out of it. I suggest asking as many questions as possible or trying a new tanning salon. This is just my experience!

Very disappointed. The only redeeming quality is after calling corporate they issued me a refund. they apparently charge you every month on the 28th and don’t let you know when you sign up; which is $20 to even make an account. When I signed up the receptionist gave me no knowledge of that and made it seem like we only got one month with no strings attached. I wanted 1 month of tanning before a vacation thinking it was going to be 35 dollars student discount and they tried charging me 80 bucks after ten days of tanning! Also the tanning bed are of poor quality, in a level two stand up one of the bulbs were burnt out and flickering and in one of the lay downs the start/stop button did nothing which is a safety concern. Customer service was OK, I really only had one girl who made me feel welcome into the establishment everyone else said two words to me and were rude. I wanted so badly to like this place because it’s close to my apartment but I would not recommend to my worst enemy.Service: UV tanning

My card was charged for months after me not tanning at this establishment, I hadn’t been aware of me being charged again. After calling in October once I found out and asking about taking the money I had paid them each month and putting it towards the months coming so I could maybe come use the facility again, the women on the line said she would call me back. She never did. Now today, I call and ask about my card STILL BEING CHARGED, only to be met with rude connotations and being LAUGHED at over the phone. Mind you, this business has been taking $30 from my account each month for the last TEN MONTHS, while I haven’t been using any of their facilities or establishments. We’re still in the middle of a pandmenic; so the fact that my concerns about almost 300$ of my bill money going towards a business I don’t even go to was met with mocking me and laughing at me is…. Warm and welcoming atmosphere, tidy environment, seating is available in front, but I've never had to wait. Great staff, always very friendly, patient and informative. When I came in for my first spray tan for my brother's wedding, I was very nervous, had 20+ questions that they answered which helped put me at ease and the spray tan looked amazing.
