Sunset Medical Practice Group

Good doctors are overshadowed by incompetent staff. They never seem to know what is going on and are horrible about communication. Look elsewhere for a provider.

I have had nothing but bad experiences here. Most of the staff I've interacted with here have been difficult and rude, both in the office and over the phone. When I call and leave a message it doesn't get returned. When I call later in the week to ask again, I get attitude. When I'm in the office, no one (except a receptionist named Jennifer and one of the medical assistants) is friendly or welcoming. Even though there are two pleasant people I've encountered, I do not feel like anyone there cared about my medical needs or my wellbeing as a person.

If I could minus rating for this place then it would be-100. This place is horrible: rude staff never returned call or message and never connect with right office. Doctors write unnecessary test to make money from insurance and with with not so required visit. Nurses are not skilled always found some trainee

Dr Krisciunas has been my physician since 1997. He is highly skilled, a caring person, and has a great bedside manner. Highly recommended.

Dr. Geddes has been my doctor for over 30 years and he is one of the most thorough, compassionate physicians I have ever met. I am also happy to see Dr. Barry when Dr G. is not available. I would also like to compliment the excellent lab and x-ray team, who are incredibly efficient (you never wait very long) but who convey a sense of relaxed confidence that is a very calming influence. All in all I highly recommend the entire team at Sunset Medical.
