Sunset Park Car Service is quick, reliable, and reasonably priced. I use them every time I need a ride to the airport and for other local travel. They out-perform competitors and the drivers are friendly and efficient. Always tip!

While Uber may be a bit more expensive, save yourself the headache and just pay the extra bucks. save yourself the unpleasantry of being told one price upon calling, and then another once you’ve arrived. I imagine that it is the operators job to ensure they validate the address they will be driving to and mark an appropriate price prior to the client confirming. That is not how things work here. If you do decide to take the risk, make sure you carry extra cash to cover whatever price they decide to make up given that they won’t even honor the original price you were told.

Fast and reliable and would definitely recommend to anyone in the area but then again I don't want to cause then everyone is going to start using the service lol. Definitely would choose them whenever Im in need of car service.

I have never faced such a low rated service. They are telling one thing and doing other things. I was told to be charged a lower price, but when the driver arrived he calculated something and told a double price. I was surprised how it could happen. I called a car service again, and explained the situation and then the driver and the person on a phone started talking in some other language, but as I had so many thing already in a car, eventually I agreed due to not having any other options. Moreover, the car was dirty that was uncomfortable.

I used this cab service one night to get home and got a 20$ quote which was fair for the distance so I decided to called the base for a quote for the same RIDE the night after, I received a quote of 22$ when I called for the cab. upon arriving to my destination I was told the price was 30$, when I called the base to ask why I was being up charged he said he never quoted the price as 22$ it was 25$ and when I asked why is the driver up charging me 5$ on top of the “25$ price” I was told “ don’t call back this cab service then”. The cab driver who is up charging and pocketing money is a Black Cab #4208. Save your money and use a different company.

It's like neither the dispatcher nor the driver knew what the heck they were doing. Three times myself and my friend had to tell them the address and they STILL got lost. And my friend took 30 minutes to go a 6 min trip! He went the wrong way apparently. How do you go the wrong way when Brooklyn is on a grid?! Never going with them again.

Usually they're OK. But the other day they told me 8-10 minutes I called back at 20 minutes, they were still searching for someone. They'll Usually call you so after 45 minutes I grabbed a lyft.

Respectful, reliable, courteous drivers. The rates are decent, as I found with a couple other cab services nearby the rates always vary from driver to driver depending on how they feel. I use this particular car service often, and they're always pleasant. I especially like that they are honest about the price, not trying to make an extra buck as if you don't know what the price is already. Definitely would recommend them if you're in the Sunset Park area.

Sunset Park Car Service have good phone representatives that answer the phone but I have to say my experience was beyond horrible regarding the driver who picked us up from Costco he took our groceries and put them on the sidewalk and didn't offer to help us put them inside and just drove away and had the nerve to say the amount the representative told us was a lie even though it was true also this driver was always on his phone during the whole ride not even paying attention to the road like if he didn't want to drive us we could've called someone else. I wished I could've gave this car service a better review. Disappointed!

Actually cheaper than Uber. Door pickup was less than 3 minutes. Got me to the airport in a very fast and safe manner which I appreciated. Driver was friendly and vehicle well maintained. Driver also was aware of luggage needs and placed everything properly without crushing my laptop.was a super pleasant ride.
