Sunset Shoe Repair

I read the reviews, went anyway. I had zero issues at all. It only took 24 hours to be ready and it was 2 pairs of shoes to be recapped and cleaned/shined. Very family owned feeling. They were not able to take debit/credit, but I had no issues using cash. Will use them again and already recommended them to my co workers.

Hands down the worst shoe repair i have experienced. Took over two weeks for a simple boot resole. Boots have nails sticking out and im taking to another repair shop. Hopefully they have not ruined my boots. Buyer beware. The positive reviews are all under previous owners. Will never return

Don't expect to be impressed when you drive up or when you walk in. But, they resoled my shoes that another, better known shoe repair place basically refused to do and charged me a fair price to do it $55 Highly recommend these guys.

Been coming here for many years, the prices are super reasonable. It’s definitely a mom and pop shop but for the price the quality is good/great! I’ll keep coming here as long as it’s open to get my shoes and purses repaired. Family owned

Don't recommend this place they I bring two pairs of booties they did misserable jod an expensive boots they're trash now. I'm so up set I never thought it'll be so unresponsive if you don't want to have bad experience like might looks for different choice ..

RUN BACK OUT THE DOOR!! DONT DO IT!! THE FRONT SHOP SHOPS THEIR LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM AND EXPERTISE!! RUN!!

Have had work done on two occasions. I'm a wheelchair user and they have repaired a few items I use and abuse daily. Would give them 10 stars if possible. Excellent customer service and quality work at very reasonable prices.
