Had a great experience today when I went I to tan 10/8/2022. I was a little bit early for my appointment and Olivia was friendly and was able to get me right in without any problem. She let me know of some of the offers and upgrades available without being pushy and I really appreciate that approach I don't want to be sold to.
The staff is absolutely customer focused, super friendly and welcoming! However, I am disappointed the salon hours have changed, not to mention all there locations have the same hours. They close at 6pm on a Saturday?? I work 8-5 off Sundays. Signed up for my membership last month and now I’m contemplating on canceling my membership.
It was my first time using a tanning bed, and I reacted poorly to the closed space. Chelsea walked me through every available option, assisted me when I changed my mind and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. This is a clean, well run business. I highly recommend.
Suns up tanning saloon offers a wonderful variety of services which keeps It more than exciting. Can't beat the prices, monthly specials, this is top notch! The entire staff is super fun and courteous, they keep a clean tidy saloon in which brings much assurance and overall makes me feel like a Betty! even on a tough day, here you can restore self! I truly love Sunsup! I have been doing the red light for months and I saw results right away with the scaring on my legs! Also being very pale skin the sprays are my go to and I always come out loving it!

If Michaela was on shift every time I came in, I probably would have been coming in more often. Unfortunately, I was not blessed with her customer service until this evening. She was not only attentive, but she took care of me quickly and efficiently. She even explained their point system in a way that I understand. All of that said, this has not been my experience over the last several months. If I am unlucky enough to come in and they have a "tour" happening, they seem to have the protocol of new customers are more important than current customers. I have sat waiting for 15-20 minutes while they finish selling to potentials. Is it too much to ask to assume the potential customer can wait 60 seconds to check someone in. If I was them I would see that as actually respecting current customers. Additionally, if you recognize the call is going to take 30 minutes, politely ask them to hold while you check someone in. The times I have had time to utilize their points, clerks haven't had the time to explain to me how to use them. I have requested a special note asking for extra prep-time. I was advised I wouldn't have to explain that I needed that each time. They would read it. Ummm nope. Two out of the dozen I have met actually read it. The extra time was not a preference. I don't always need it, but when I do it is a need. Unfortunately, I do not have the luck to have Michaela or no one getting tour each time I come in and I don't have 1-1.5 hours to spend 3x a week so I cancelled my membership. Heads up, they need a thirty day notice to cancel. This means, they charge you for the next month, then they cancel. I am sure I agreed to that when I reinstated my account. Yes, reinstated. I was a member for years a decade ago. I appreciate their extensive services. Its their customer service practice that has me shopping around.
