Suntrek

We had Angel and Edgar come to the house last week for solar start up for the season. They were quick, thorough, efficient and overall nice guys. When we called for the appointment the gal worked with our schedule and was also pleasant. They all were patient and listened to our questions and answered them completely. Thank you Suntrek!

I was at the store today, they were amazing! gave me all the information I needed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for professional and courteous service, not very easy to find in Las Vegas anymore.

Do not go to suntrek ! Horrible customer service! They don't stand by contracts! Take your money then don't want to hear what you have to say! System has cost money over time. Stay away.

I do not have a issue with the work, I have an issue with the price. I had 4 workers repairing our roof as we had a leak. They worked for over 8 hours on repairs and replaced tiles for $1,700.00. We had to have Sun Trek come out and move the solar, which took 15 minutes and then come back an replace the 5 sections after roof repair which took them just under an hour to the toon of $800.00. It is just ridiculous that it would cost that much for I hour and 15 minutes, really. Be aware and check around these guys are way to expensive.

I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. I will say this. Called to have my Suntrek system checked out after high wind damage. Was told a rep would contact me about repair / replace. Never got a call back, never got an email back. Called them again, same thing all over again. Ended up just calling a different company. They sent someone out the next day.
