Super 8 Motel - Phoenix West I-10

Not a smoke free building as it states on many signs throughout the property. Rooms were clean; service nice except we were told we had paid for a first floor room when booking but later was given 2nd floor with no help in getting first floor room. Limited breakfast options. Biggest fault: They allowed people in common/public inside areas and also in rooms to smoke pot so the entire hallway smelled horribly and it was so prevalent that it came in through closed door into our room.

I can't say enough great stuff of the staff at Baymont Hotel. Room are clean, smell good. If you ever do need something from the from desk, go to Bertha, she is the best. Great CS, knowledgeable of rhe process, she's quick and accurate. Bertha also knows a lot of area, where to eat, and where not too. Thank you Baymont for a great experience.

The night clerk was very friendly and helpful, but the morning clerk was kinda rude. Disrespectful of my husband's service animals. I would not recommend this hotel for people with service animals. The room was clean and nice. They have an ok complimentary breakfastRooms: 5/5

Absolute TRASH! Very scratchy area but that wasn’t a major issue with us but we requested house keeping and didn’t get any.. Also guy working at the front desk at night harassed my partner by hitting on her.. management said they’ll take care of it but I haven’t gotten any updates and I’m not sure really how they’ll take care of it? DEFINITELY don’t stay here!

Scam. Tried to charge me extra 40 to check in a little early and lied that all hotels does it. As a platinum member, i can check in by noon. Even quality inn dont do that... I been traveling for 20 years for work. Whole place smells like homeless people and looks like it's ran by homeless people...Service: 1/5

The rooms were clean, but not well maintained. Lock on the door was broken off. Walls are paper thin, could follow conversations in the rooms next to us. Parties going on in rooms on the floor didn’t lead to a quite nights sleep. Wish I would have driven further into Phoenix.

Rooms were clean and the people were very helpful, nice and quiet, right next to the freeway and fast to get anywhere. I will have to go back.Rooms: 5/5

Very average motel at best. We were welcomed at our room by a visibly fat cockroach, just to see a plenty of hair and dirt on the floor. Hygiene is definitely not a priority for this establishment. Not recommended. On top of that, the breakfast was very limited - maybe enough for that cockroach but no for guests…

It was a great experience and the service was really good. All the facilities were given even for little stuff. The only issue was that the area was very unsafe to go out specially at night.Rooms: 5/5
