Found perfect shoes in less than an hour for a very flat footed friend. Hard working and knowledgeable staff. First pair was perfect, but tried on a few others. Really happy with experience.

Just bought $150 brooks shoes & two pairs of socks from this store two days ago. When I opened the pair of elite Cush socks the one sock had a hole in it. When I went to take it back, the man possibly manager of the store was extremely rude and refused to take the socks back and didn’t help me in anyway. Extremely disappointed. Just spent a lot of money on tennis shoes & socks and he completely disregarded me and didn’t help me at all. These socks are supposed to last and they are $36 a pair! Really awful experience and I won’t be coming back.

1/2023 I always liked this store. I never was a runner, but I liked how attentive the sales people were. Making sure customers got the right fit. I have pronated feet and need a stable shoe. I used to buy running & walking shoes. Then Saucony stopped making the running shoe & the store stop carrying the walking shoe. Found the walker else where until Saucony change the style of the walker. So thought I'd try New Balance and went back to SRS but they didn't have what I wanted, but the salesman said go to the New Balance Store. DUH! He did measure my feet even though I was not buying anything. Nice guy. I still like this store and highly recommend it.

Had a terrible experience at one of their other stores, but gave them another chance, and I was blown away. I don't remember what the Assistant Manager's name is, but he was extremely helpful, very cool guy who gives excellent advice on shoes and has a ton of patience haha. The staff here is great. Glad I stopped by, I'm super happy with my purchase!

Wasn't sure what to expect, but I was blown away with these guys' quality of service and attentiveness. Great employees, Diego especially. He was willing to work with me and get me just what I needed! I will be definitely be coming back to Super Runners for my next pair of shoes. Thanks so much Diego!

Dont know the prices for their own shoes...Dont come here looking for service or a good deal. edit: come back and got some better service, maybe wrong employee I met...

They custom measure your feet on a fancy device and give you real service for which shoes fit best. I hope this level of service never goes away

This is the only place I'll buy running shoes from. If only I'd found it earlier! Diego and team first fit me for running shoes a couple years ago & completely changed my relationship to running. It's amazing what the right shoes can do. Expect that they'll scan your feet and immediately narrow down to a couple options best suited to your foot. They keep a record of what shoes you bought and even suggest that you bring in your old pair when you need to replace, so they can examine the wear and see if you need to change up the type. The whole experience is super personal and efficient. And they never seem to push the most expensive shoes. They really care that you just have the right shoe. Make the trip here - it's worth it.

Let me start off by saying I am new to running and also just moved to upper west. As I entered Juan approached me with genuine intent on helping to ensure I got the exact shoes that are tailored to my liking. I didn’t feel rushed by any means and by the end I came out with a great pair of sneakers just as promised. Finished my run a little while ago and it was flawless! Shout out to Juan and the team over at Super runners — top notch customer service! 11/10 recommend

Super Runners Shop staff guided and helped me get the proper training and racing shoes. Cannot thank them enough, the staff is overall friendly and will answer all questions that you may have. As a beginner long distance runner I had several injuries and mainly because I never wore the appropriate shoes. Then the staff helped me with a gait analysis and gave me recommendations and were honest of what running shoes were adequate for me and then realized what the issue really was. Overall I highly recommend! Once again. THANK YOUU!!!
