Super Suds Laundromat Wilmington

I have been here several times now. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Place is pretty clean when you consider the number of people who think it’s ok to leave a mess anywhere. I was originally bothered by the price of the washers, but figured that’s understandable because they have staff in house at all hours. It still seemed a bit high even considering staffing but then my son pointed out the giant sign that I completely ignored. It clearly states that you dry for free. So, with staff on hand and free drying it’s a very good deal to me!

Nice business model offering free drying with the cost of washing. Fair market prices but you have to buy a store credit card - $1 fee - and some card readers on the washers and dryers are broken rendering them unusable. I was there on a Saturday and the floor was a mess with discarded dryer sheets and assorted dropped socks and underwear, too many unattended children running around and getting in the way of heavy baskets and carts. Could be easily be 5 stars if all this is properly addressed.

I love going here when I have a lot to wash. It’s open 24 hours & the machines are great priced. They have free drying & the place is kept clean

I was indeed nervous to enter at 11 p but was surprised to see an employee and a security member. I like the free dry time that is applied to your card and I have never had an issue with the machines.

The only reason I give this place a 4 star is cause the equipment kept breaking down as I tried to use each machine. And the reason my rating is still kinda high is because the staff quickly took the time to help me out and cover my expense after I had already put money in the machine. The guy on duty was helpful, friendly, and made sure to try and keep the place cleaned up. The neighborhood seems a little sketchy, but this is a safe place.

I had my clothes washed for me when I got them back my daughters school uniforms were missing. I tried calling and going in person the women in the front told me she was sorry they must of washed them with someone else’s she would have someone get back to me. It’s been two weeks I keep calling and going back and still nothing.

I have never been to a laundromat and I am so glad this is my first laundromat. The attendant was so helpful and patient; thank goodness. The machines and the laundromat were all so clean. All the patrons were so nice, I actually had such a good time. Great place and great people.

The place is always been there for me. Always being good. It's clean the machines work the machines are claim it's like no other laundromat I've been in. It's Spacey you got plenty of room to do what you got to do free dry like everybody else but still that place is awesome.
