I go to this store almost daily since I'm close and the last few months especially are horrible! Doors locked multiple times daily 6am, 2pm 730pm doesn't matter what time. Sometimes there's a sign that says be back 5 minutes... Come back 20 minutes they're still closed. Nothing is stocked ever, boxes constantly blocking aisles. Beverage cooler always empty. Dirty store always. Loud music playing no customer service.. surprised this store still open

Store is never open when it's suppose to be says it's 24 hours but the employees are always locking the doors randomly threw out the day don't waste your time here the doors are probably going to be locked even tho it says it's open just a huge waste of a trip half the time there is always some sign on the door saying be back in so an so amount of time an there never open when it says just a wast of time for somewhere else don't waste the gas

this is pretty much the only gas station I visit since it has the lowest prices in the neighborhood. The car wash is closed at super inconvenient times and the other people that come to get gas here don’t seem to know how to drive. Also I’ve been asked to pay for someone else’s gas like 10 times now, so make sure you look kinda rough when you visit so people don’t ask. I’ve only gone inside a few times to grab some drinks / use the ATM and both times were fine. Never personally had any issues with employees.

Great car wash! The one on Dale was closed. You never know when that one is open or not. Took a chance on Rice. It was open and I prefer the one at Rice because it has the microfiber cloths versus the touch free.

I do what I can to avoid having to stop at this gas station. The traffic lanes are set up in such a way that it bottlenecks traffic and it is difficult to pull through with a trailer and they have the worst bathrooms in the area.

they are never doing their jobs store be lock with them in the back for 20mins plus and when they are working they have an attitude with you like it’s your fault… the employees needs an attitude adjustment and really needs to do their job

Horrible location, unfortunately only place open after 10pm in the area. Coolers are typically not stocked shelves are bare with items plugged all over to fill in the gaps and tonight I walk in and the whole building smells like weed along with the surrounding area outside. Been steadily going down hill for a few years, plus side is the make believe vampire that carries an airsoft pistol no longer works the counter.

Rude staff and broken pumps. Item supposed to be 2 for 4, rings up 2 for 5 and the cashier refused to ring it up correctly despite being shown the sign. Many of the gas pumps do not work. I will drive further up Rice St. to another gas station after repeated poor experiences with this place.

This location is awful! It's dirty and messy, and the employees are rude and disrespectful. I will go out of my way to not visit this store.

How is your team standing outside smoking when nothing is stacked up in the store? No Straws, and lids in the store… Boxes everywhere and bathroom blocked off with boxes.. Where is the manager running the store? Team is horrible and the store is horrible..
