Terrible experience!!! Unbelievably poor service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a shower bench which was missing a piece connector tube in the box when I received it. I called within a day to return it. I got put on hold for 30 minutes. First I was told that they would check for the piece. I never received a call back. Then I called again.. and again... and again... the service agent kept telling me she would email someone to call me back. I've called several times now for the past 2 weeks. I got a phone call back one time while I was at work in a meeting. I tried calling back again... and again... and again.... Each time I was told the same thing- that they would email someone to call me back. Never got a call back. Then when I called again, I was told it was too late to return the item. I was put on hold for 30 minutes again. There was no phone number for me to call the correct department directly. No supervisor to call or talk to. I got the run around for a mistake that this company made. Needless to say I bought a shower chair for my family member from another company. She would have been waiting for weeks to take a shower otherwise. The service here is an absolute disgrace.
My husband was put on oxygen in November and we were provided through Medicare an oxygen concentrator from SuperCare Health. It arrived at 9:00 pm at night the next day. The concentrator was so loud my husband could not sleep and I moved into the spare bedroom. We decided to purchase our own oxygen concentrator through Innogen. It was much much quieter and allowed us both to sleep well in the master bedroom. We requested SuperCare Health in Downey to pick up their concentrator on December 1st. It is now December 22nd and they have still not picked it up. We kept being told someone would call us to schedule a pick-up, but no one called. When they finally scheduled a pick up they would not show up; this occurred twice. They showed up a day later after the last scheduled “no show” pick-up, but we were out for the evening. I called again and was told someone would call us to schedule another pick up, but no one has called. They are a nightmare to deal with. I am sure they plan to charge Medicare for the time they have abandoned their equipment at our home. However I have contacted Medicare to prevent that. Beware of SuperCare Healthcare. Their are other providers out there.
Here’s some good detail for you if your oxygen regenerator equipment stops working over the weekend The patient only has a few bottles of oxygen well you’re in trouble because they’re not going to get back to you until Monday God forbid its Tuesday the service is hideous definitely staff needs more training, no one bothers to return your phone calls when it’s urgent, matter, the professionalism lacks concerns it’s my opinion when you lose the only means oxygen and it’s really a urgent matter for your patient that has chronic COPD that it should be addressed immediately, unfortunately this is not case and not the first time this is happened it has been several times , strong recommendations go with another company, I can offer you better service and professionalism, Michael
I recently was prescribed an APAP machine it arrived in a timely manner I had a phone conversation with a check to help me understand better how to use my machine I was bless that my husband already had a machine and help me there but adjusting and making things fit for the headgear they were very helpful on. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. Sometimes it takes a little bit of time to get through but they take care of a lot of people so patience is virtue and they do get back to you. All in all a good company.
Very bad service, employee picked up equipment loaded on to his van then unloaded all the equipment and left it by my Trash Corral. Employee stated if I don't sign a release form that I expressly waive all my rights in the state of California the Billing department will continue to charge my insurance company which I believe it's INSURANCE FRAUD. I contacted My insurance company to make them aware of this situation.
I would give it 0 stars if possible. My daughter has used them as a supplier since birth and she's now 14 months... we STILL can't get the correct replacement parts for her suction machine, constantly ship incorrect quantities of needed supplies though our insurance gets charged the full amount, takes MONTHS to get approval of anything new despite the doctors office saying it's urgent, calls get dropped and I'm hung up on half the time. Every single call which is multiple times a month due to some issues is a yoyo game to find "the right department" who can help me and cares enough to, never follow up with myself or the doctor on a prescription and when there's a system shutdown where they "lost everything ", they don't even tell the customer who is waiting on supplies completely unaware that we have to call and do their job for them.. My daughters pediatrician HATES this supplier, and I absolutely understand why. If you at all have any other option besides this horrible excuse for a medical supplier that supplies children with medical supplies they need to survive please utilize it do not whatever you do use this medical supplier!!!!!
I have been so encouraged by the staff of SuperCare Health. Each person I have spoke with have gone above and beyond to make me feel better about this new medical need in my current health. Every call was more encouraging then the previous. Today speaking with a specialist on how to hook up my cpap machine and what to expect was nothing more than over the top excellence. And I so appreciate that. I was not looking Forward to the experience and in fact was avoiding it. But now I will happily give it an honest effort starting tonight and I am almost even a little excited thanks to the special care of all the helpers with SuperCare Health. Jeffrey K-R
After ten years of use, my C-pap machine broke. A new one was supplied by SuperCare, along with very informative, helpful, and courteous service via a phone conversation with their customer service specialist. I was very pleasantly surprised by their expedited response to my needs!
Over the period of time that that it took to order the Bi Pap Machine, I spoke to some vary knowledgeable people at Super Care Health, from Jasmine who assisted in helping getting my machine ordered. To Margo who was instrumental in getting all of the components together for a complete system. To Chris who set up a phone video call , that ended being phone call , because my phone was slow on the video part , but Chris was able to go over the whole machine in great detail so that i would understand how everything worked , Great job Everyone . side note there had been a shipping issue that was taken care of by Margo.
Chris called me to help me set up my Cpap. I chose not to do virtual so we did everything over the phone. He took his time to explain how to use the machine. All questions that I had he took time to explain them to me. Very nice friendly and by all means he was professional. We did laugh a little due to my humor I really enjoyed taking with Chris. I doubt if I will have any problems working the cpap if I do that's because it started tripping on its own. That's how well Chris has explained everything to me. When I first received the machine and saw the headgear I wasn't too sure about it. After talking with Chrus I'm very confident in using my machine. Thank you Chris for being exceptional!
