Don't mater what you say, they give you what they think looks good.

Good haircut, but disappointed that a 4 dollar covid fee is tact on. While I understand the need to sanitize and it incurring a cost, passing onto the consumer said cost feels cheap and disingenuous. It makes me question if I will go back to a supercuts again. Most likely will just go local from now on.

Arrived at appt time doors still locked and staff members just standing around inside busy on their phones while I wait in the hot sun

Short wait time - about 10 minutes. Very sweet stylist. She took her time & asked questions about what I wanted. Relaxing shampoo and scalp massage. She trimmed my hair perfectly. Price was reasonable. I will go again! Other CUSTOMERS were rude!

Selection is a bit limited.. catered to tourists and prices seem higher as a result... crowded and poor execution of checkout lines... regular lines are much faster than express checkout

Awesome staff and great customer service. They always do a great job !

I requested that no more than 1.5 inches be taken off during my trim. More like 3 inches was cut off. Not happy and definitely won’t go there again!
