5/5 stars! Had to run in for a quick haircut and Andraia was the most amazing barber! Quickly came to the register to make sure I was checked in and that I was next in line. Said it was a 20 minute wait and I maybe waited 10 mins. She gave me a great haircut and was so personable the whole time. Give her a raise! -happy customerServices: Long haircut

The Barber shop closes at 7PM today, but the barber named Tommy decided to go home early today, despite having an appointment arranged at 5:30. He let down not only a loyal customer, but also his coworker that had to carry out all the work on his own. I guess I'll have to look for a new barber shop.

Worse customer service location. Bruce, lacks empathy and sympathy! Waited for 20minutes, put my name down for the next available, and the guy just simple runs around like he doesn’t have any work to do! Doesn’t even greets customers, total fail.Service: Buzz cut

It was terrible…first of all, he was coughing on my neck during 20 minutes, second of all he asked me skin fade is 28, I thought it was too much cause didn’t want really short. He literally played 3 with my head trying to trim it then you are done. Really? Just cause I didn’t want fade skin? My regular place, she even washes your hair and it’s 29. I didn’t expect too much for 20 bucks but at least a decent job. My last experience there was amazing for real I spent 50 bucks and really happy, I guess this is just Mondays.Service: Haircut

I have used Super Cuts for years and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. The guy doing the cut couldn’t get the hair even and just kept cutting shorter and shorter. When I asked for him to stop, he appeared genuinely surprised. When trying to comb and section the different parts of my hair, he just mounded it on top of my head, causing it to tangle. When he attempted to comb it out, it was painful and I could feel my hair breaking. He asked another employee for assistance after several attempts to get my hair even, however, the employee appeared to be begin teaching basic techniques. I don’t know why I had to pay for this, they should have paid me for absolutely ruining my hair. I asked for just over the shoulders and left with an uneven 1920’s bob

Bruce is excellent and cut my hair precisely and expertly within 10 minutes. Online check-in is recommended.

Nice clean place, sometimes busy, so a bit wait time. Bruce is nice, skillful, good service .
