Supercuts

Been coming here for years. The staff is always friendly and attentive to my hair requests.

This was the first time my family went into Supercuts, my husband and daughter received cuts. We were unaware that a regular cut does not include a hair wash or a blow dry and style, and was never given the option to add that on. There seemed to be a rush and as a result the customer service suffered.Service: Haircut

This is a great location in a creepy shopping center. The staff is awesome and the location is clean but unfortunately they're a ton of homeless people / street urchins that will harass you on the way in and are always harassing the staff.

The best location near me. The stylist had a great personality and I really enjoyed spending time in the chair with her. The wait time was very short. The price was average for a men's haircut. The location is great for me. I took a star away. One, the interior condition of the store. The owners of the store need to remodel or at least make some repairs to this store. It had been improved but our is still not where it needs to be. Second, the product available is limited and could use more options. Third, there are times even this location does not accept use of the mobile app to place my name on the list before I arrive.

I'm so upset. First the girls there are exyremely rude and have bad attitudes. Second when I sat down I specifically said I wanted a blunt trim no layers. What did she do, cut layers so short the only way to even it out is to chop off all my hair. She apparently didn't care what I wanted and just did what SHE wanted. I waited for months to get my hair TRIMMED just to have it ruined. I'll never go here again. Your getting paid to do what I want not what you want my hair to look like

I called ahead for waiting times. They said 20 minutes, took my name and said, "we'll see you soon." When I arrived no one greeted me and I had been standing at the cashier podium for about 5 minutes before a stylist came over. I told her I had called ahead, she asked my name and said about 15 minutes. When I said I called ahead she said, "We don't make appointments so it's going to be 15 minutes." I didn't have to wait the full 15 minutes. I thought the attitude and customer service sucked. I will not be going back to this location.

I've had my hair professionally cut for over 35 years costing me in the range of 60 to $120. I just started going to Supercuts, and I paid 10 bucks plus a nice tip to The Stylist who knows how to cut layers which is rare these days. They did a wonderful job, I'm very happy with my haircut.
