Not gonna lie, skeptical to get my hair cut at a Supercuts. Saw the reviews praising Kodi, decided to book with him. He was great. Listens really well and clearly envisions what he wants to do before he starts cutting. Shared his knowledge with hair. He’s a great stylist, I’ll be booking with him again for sure. $27 for an adult haircut.

This location should definitely come up with a better way to tip. Being put on the spot makes it difficult to leave an appropriate tip. the stylist did a really good job but I was put on the spot by being asked if I’d like to leave a tip. Without having the time to decide and calculate, I left a bad tip. The happiness of a good haircut got canceled by the anxiety of leaving a bad tip. i asked for a blunt cut, with pictures of how short i wanted it to chin length; about 2in from my previous length. i had to ask him to recut it multiple times because it was an inch longer on one side. he kept saying “if i mess up a blunt cut, then i should probably quit”. when i told him it was uneven he said it was because i was positioning my head wrong and that was why he kept moving it. he then asked if i wanted my hair blowdried and i said yes because it comes with the service. he then proceeded to just wave it over my head a few times and spin me around in the chair 3 times handed me a comb and told me to brush my hair own hair. i understand that this is a discount cut business but not being able to do a simple blunt cut, on pin straight hair is absurd. Ray cut my short, bleached hair and did a great job listening to my preferences and executing them. He gave me a perfect "soft" fade. Wait time was a little longer that I expected, but overall, I feel very satisfied with my cut and will return.ServicesFade cut

Low review just for the visibility. Turns out if you use the online check in for 6:30 it doesn’t mean your haircut will start at 6:30, it just means you won’t get turned away if it gets too busy - basically you’re just guaranteeing your spot in a 30+ minute line. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, except there’s meter parking, and if you make the mistake of thinking you’ll be in and out in an hour, you can’t extend your time. Really confusing business model, you’ll be better off booking somewhere that will make sure there’s a stylist there at or around the time you say you’re going to arrive

Let me start by saying my stylist, Ray, was excellent. The experience however was not the same. I checked in online Sunday, Oct 13th at 11:05am. After waiting over 90 minutes, at 12:45pm I ask the customer that was just called up what their check-in time was and they told me "12:00". I finally left at 1:15pm with my hair cut complete. What's the point of having check-in times if they cant be followed or executed by the staff. 2+ hours is too long to wait without notice
