You want Kim as your stylist. She is the best. I've had my haircutt multiple times by her and everytime it's been PER-FECT! Bring extra money because she deserves those tips ya'll!

I needed to have my *extremely* long hair cut to a more manageable length, and didn't have time to make an appointment because my mother's funeral was the next day, so decided to give them a try. The staff were friendly and courteous, the wait was very reasonable, and I received many compliments at my mother's Requiem Mass I wore it with a black lace bow that is the closest to a chapel veil I can get, as I was doing the first reading. The price was also right, and I did tip more than the 20% that I would feel ashamed if I didn't do at least that for anyone that cut my hair. The reason for a four star rating and not the 50% tip I try to give when the cut itself is so reasonably priced is this: I can't stand my hair in my face, and said the shortest parts *had* to be able to stay out of my face -- it had to be long enough for it all to at least stay in a ponytail, but preferably a bun. It does not. I have attempted topknots, regular ponytails, and even a Dutch braid unlike a French braid, it is extremely tight and can survive a workout or house cleaning without coming out of place -- no dice. I specified at the front a length at least an inch closer to two inches longer on those parts that got in my face easily than I received. The bow and its long lace ends covered the fact those locks were barely in the bow, fortunately. Basically, she gave me the haircut she thought I should have, not what I requested. It is a good haircut and very pretty -- but not practical in the beginning of summer when my sister and I have a house to sort, pack, and clean from top to bottom right now. While the length issue is very frustrating to me as I'm attempting to bust my rear taking care of Mom's house, if the worst a stylist does is cut it too short, it WILL grow back. Still, before chopping the stylist should at least explain why they think it would look better shorter than requested, and get assent from the customer.

It's been a long time coming but FINALLY! I tried my best to give the long hair a shot but I've really missed my short hair. Went here and said goodbye to my hair and when I say I Loooove my hair? I LOVE MY FREAKING HAIR!! Alex was so sweet and knew exactly what I wanted. Plus if I wasn't satisfied I had 7 days to go back to change my look. Nothing needed to change.

I’m sure it’s good just wish their hours were updated online, because they are not open.

Kim is an awesome stylist. I got the exact cut that I wanted, and it was at a great price. There was a man named Scott in front of me in line, and he got a wonderful haircut as well.

The lady that cut my hair did a great job. In this current Covid world, she was the only person working. Luckily she was wrapping up with someone when I arrived and no one else in front of me, so I didn't wait long. While waiting, three more customers arrived. The place was clean. They had some seats taped off but the remaining seats were not 6 feet apart. Would have given 5 stars if not for that.

Incorrect hours listed online caused me to show up too late to be seen. What really got me is that the girl working had prior knowledge of the discrepancy and the answer I got when I inquired about the online hours was "we just haven't fixed it yet." Of course it was no big deal to her, as she's not the one that made the trip up there for nothing or that had to push everything around the next day in order to find time for a haircut on yesterday's agenda.
