I have been coming to this Supercuts for over 10 years and I have never been disappointed in their professionalism, their attention to detail and customer requests. Shout out to Sam, fantastic barber and stylist!
Supercuts in Boston is great! I followed Kimberly from Porter Square to Boston when she transferred. Great stylist! It's well worth the trip from Arlington on the 77 and the Red line.
Fantastic service! My stylist Jan Marie was very professional. She did such a great job on my hair she even trimmed my eyebrows, and her positive attitude made my day. The price was fantastic too, the whole experience cost less than 20 dollars! I will definitely return once I move back into town. I HIGHLY recommend this barber shop!
I'm sorry to say I didn't get my stylist's name, but I received a FABULOUS haircut there. I'm so happy, and I haven't felt this cute in a while. Thank you again!
Been going there for over a year and I absolutely love it, I have curly hair and had such a hard time finding someone who could manage my hair, best thing that ever happened to me was meeting Jay, she's so thorough with her work and she's the sweetest person ever! She does such a good job and every person I recommend her to loves her work, really can't say enough good things about her!
I going there for years. Everyone seems pretty cool. Brittany is an angel.
This location is a lot smaller than surrounding Supercuts. I haven't had much experience with most staff as my go to is Helen. She has been cutting my hair since 2013 and always does a great job. Shes attentive, very skilled and extremely accomodating. With that being said, they dont get 5 stars as there is always a 15 minute wait even with appointments. Not the worst thing in the world as the cut is worth it, but if you're in a rush its good to keep in mind. You may have the option of other staff however.
I went to this Supercuts location after checking in online two hours before. Of course there was a line when I got there, I expected to wait a little. It was my turn next, but the gentleman who was going to cut my hair said “no it’s not”. The other stylists confirmed yes it is her turn she checked in online, but he said “no it doesn’t matter” and promptly ignored me. The whole interaction was rude and unpleasant and I left without a haircut. Don’t go to this place if you are a woman expecting to be treated fairly, this place appears to be for business men with short hair only.
I keep my hair basic to the extreme. Clean trim, neat and professional. This place does a consistently good job although there is noticeable difference in the skill level between various stylists. I can almost always get seated as a walk-in during their busy lunch hour, so turnover is fast.
