The check-in process is smooth. The lady who cut my hair was rude. But it is SuperCuts. She wanted to color my hair despite my specifically requesting a $25 haircut only. But She trimmed my hair, it looked ok - it was what it was. If you want good service this location isn't for you. But if you want an efficient haircut and don't mind the rude hair cutter, it's fine.

Gabbi always gives me an amazing haircut and so quick and efficient. Supercuts is lucky to have her. She's a great asset for sure! I would recommend her to anyone!ServicesHaircut

1st x in three years that I visited a barber since my wife usually cuts my hair. The young ladies photo did an excellent job and very quickly I was very pleased. Make sure you use the app so you can check in in advance. Thank you love God bless JESUS Cara say your prayers amen to all

They got too close to my son’s ear and took a piece off of his ear and didn’t know if he was bleeding. His whole ear is covered with blood and they had no Band-Aids and gave us a lollipop to have him stop crying and it didn’t work because he’s still crying he’s only 3 and he was completely still even dad was holding his head. they blamed it on him moving, One of the Workers was asking the other worker for help because she didn’t know what to do she was incompetent NEVER COMING BACK AND I WOULDNT RISK BRINGING YOUR CHILD HERE FOR A HAIRCUT

Absolutely terrible, I just wanted a simple trim off the back and I provided a photo of what I was looking for and it was incredibly simple and easy to follow considering I have straight hair and the it's a pretty simple cut, the lady that was attending me quite literally and completely ignored my request and cut my hair WAY shorter then what was shown in the picture and claimed that it looked the exact same not to mention that the back of my hair wasn't blended properly and I asked for her to fix it and she refused, luckily another employee came by and noticed the issue and agreed to attempt to make it a little better then how the old lady left it, I believe the old lady was named Laura, she had a heavy accident so please DO NOT EXCEPT ANY HAIR CUTS FROM HER, do yourself the favor and just leave, terrible experience don't waste your time.

Came in as a walk in and Esther fix my hair . I had bad layers done and she made my hair even . I feel way better and confident about my hair now . I can’t wait to style it <3 she is super sweet and knowledgeable ServicesHaircut

I wish I could give lora the Russian lady 5 stars but I showed her the pic of the haircut I wanted I told her exactly like the photo and she twisted my words saying I didn't tell her I wanted a fine line for my son's left side of the head that the haircut has she totally did what she wanted I gave her $5 tip which was just for cutting my son's hair and not leaving him looking dumb but not the hair cut I asked for she needs to do what the client says not what she thinks goes not ok added a photo of what I wanted lady is nice but the fact that she told me I didn't tell her yeah no not coming back and doing my kids hair with her nor mine hope she gets this message so she listens to what customers are asking i understand language barirer but i even showed her with my other son that mimi had doing the same hair cut and i said just like that still did what she wnated or maybe she didmt know how to do that haircut i would of understood if she told me idk how to do it thats fine i would pf waited for mimi $21 for haircut and $5 tip yeah no more like $15 and $5 for the work
