Scam Artists! So, the service it's self wasn't all that bad. They were on time, driver was a little weird, but made me feel comfortable for the most part. I arrived on time and the driver helped me with my bags. I really want to be truthful here. Not so bad right? WRONG! Turns out a couple weeks later I get around to checking my bank account to find that they had charged me for the ONE ride over 6 times!! They charged me almost twice a week. I had to call my bank and put in a fraud request which took me weeks to work through. Superior would not return my calls at first and then when they finally did they acted as though I was a crazy person and disgusted that I had asked for a FULL refund. Here is the ultimate kicker, I never got a full refund.......... What that other guy said....CRIMINALS!!! Superior, you only get one start because I can't give you negative stars.
Unreliable and dishonest company. DO NOT USE!!! I pre-paid to be picked up at the airport on my return. No one showed up. A private driver helped me out and told me that Superior has a reputation for being unreliable. I e-mailed many times, requesting a refund, never got a response. When I called, the fellow I spoke with nearly laughed in my face. He promised to send a refund but, of course, nothing was ever sent. Dishonest company. BAD!!
Deserve a 0000. So bad. Driver was 45 minutes late. Then, after we'd left airport we see his fuel gage is past empty. When asked about it, he said he had no money to fuel because his 'cash customers' no showed. So, the passengers had to ask him to stop at the gas station to get fuel AND pay for it.. Above and beyond the cost of the ride! When, obviously cancelling return trip due to not ever wanting to use them again, they refuse to give refund!! So, so unprofessional!! Used Super Shuttle for return and they were awesome. On time, professional, reliable. And a fully fueled vehicle!
If I could give a zero, I would. Superior shuttle promised and confirmed a bus to the chiefs game, and cancelled morning of. No courtesy call prior to cancellation, no explanation when we got someone on the phone. We drove to a bogus address in Raytown that was listed on the invoice after being on hold with superior shuttle for an hour and a half. We are not the only person that this company canceled on and subsequently turned the people they cancelled away to reputable party bus companies who were overwhelmed. We've been told they broker party buses rather than run their own, so we're under the impression at this point the bus never existed. This is not how you run any kind of business, and I hope those reading this will look for other alternatives.
Do not use this company. They say they will text you when the driver will arrive but it is false advertising. When I got to Kansas City, there was no driver in sight. So, I called the company. They have me the name and phone number of driver. The driver said he didn't know he had to pick me up until a few minutes before I called. I made a reservation 2 days ago. The driver was very nice. When I complained to company, they basically said tough luck.
AVOID!!! I paid for pickup service from the airport on March 3rd. I received a text confirming my drivers name and was told she would be there when we exited the plane. Our plane got in on time we exited and the driver was no where to be found. I call the number of the driver that they text me, a lady answered said that the person did not use this number anymore and she was not sure where she was, she told me she would try and contact her and get back to me. It is approximately 11:50 pm at this time. I try calling the office of Superior which I was told is operated 24 hours, no answer on all the numbers I could locate for them. I called the driver that brought us to the airport initially and she attempted to call the managers and the office with no success and she was on a trip so she could not get us. Finally at 1 am after waiting and not hearing back from anyone I had to track down a shuttle service that could accommodate all 10 of us which cost me an additional $130 on top of the money I already paid Superior. I immediately emailed the company requesting to be contacted ASAP and no response. On Monday March 6th my husband called and spoke with someone at the office that put him in contact with Austen who is a manager I believe. Since that day he has stated that he would get us a check out for the difference of what we had to pay and what we already paid. We agreed but we have now been calling for over a month and keep getting excuse after excuse and no refund. After reading the reviews this is very common for this company and it should not continue! My husband is currently on hold for them but they now know who he is so they are not picking up. I believe the difference we are waiting on is around $97
I should have done my research. The first trip was fine, they picked up the phone when I called with questions, the driver was courteous, car was clean and comfortable, they arrived promptly with no issues. Then once they had my money in hand they completely ignored any other calls. For two days. Two. Days. I tried to get them to answer the phone. I emailed twice, wat on hold for over an hour at one point before giving up. Finally on the second day somebody felt like picking up the phone. They offered no explanation or apology, and were extremely rude. I finally canceled my ride, got a refund and will NEVER use this service again. The one and ONLY upside was the driver, who I feel sorry for having to work for a company that doesn't care. Long story short, pay extra, get a cab or an Uber because these people run a scam.
This was the first time that I had ever used a shuttle or any other hired transportation to and/or from the airport. The driver was chatty, but very nice and she seemed to be a safe driver. I asked her if I could pay her cash rather than putting the charge on my credit card. She said that I could, but the charge would not be reversed on my credit card for 3-5 days. So, I paid cash. I did not get a receipt. I tried getting a receipt by calling 2 times and by texting, but it was never delivered. The second time I called the service, the man I talked to was extremely unfriendly and short with me. This company needs to work on its customer service. I will never used their service again.
I wish I could give 0 out of 5 stars. I own a bridal store and was hosting a sample sale at our boutique during a wedding show downtown at the KC Convention Center. I spoke with Austen a week prior to provide transportation back and forth for 5.5 hours. They confirmed my booking via phone and I told them I would email them the details and they would send me a contract. A couple days later I still had not received the contract so I tried to call again, but when you try to contact them you just get put on hold, you can never reach a person and it never lets you leave a voicemail. I wasn't too concerned because they said they would be at the show too so I figured I would sync with them that morning. Well they weren't at the show and even though four people were trying to contact them via phone and I emailed them in addition in the morning we could not get through. No one ever showed and I had to find transportation through someone else the same time they were supposed to be showing up. Needless to say I would NEVER recommend anyone to book through this company. You will regret it and they will ruin your event.
They confirmed a pickup at Kansas City Internaional Airport that I prepaid, and they simply no showed! They never answered my calls while I was stranded at the airport waiting. I ended up taking Uber at almost $70. I reached out to them afterwards and they’d never call back. I filed a complaint with the Missouri General’s Office who told me repeated attempts to contact them received no reply. A local news channel has done a story on them and how they rip off customers by not picking them up. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
