This travel agent is amazing. I consider myself a pretty good researcher and still after tracking down the very best deals I can find, Superior can usually beat them. If they can't beat them, they at least match them and then I have an experienced team on my side if something should go wrong. We have booked numerous family trips as well as romantic excursions for two using Superior. I couldn't believe how much they saved us on a week at Disney! We always get great advice, help with any documents, reminders etc. Our specific experiences are with Diane, and she is just so helpful and informative. She's made calls on her day off for us just because she knew rates were changing! Travelling with Superior gives us great peace of mine when we are vacationing out of the country because we know we can make just one phone call and they will take care of the rest. We will only use Superior for all of our travel needs.

Outstanding service. I'd never go through the hassle of setting up a trip when Diane makes it as simple and flawless as she does. As an example our last 2 vacations to the Bahamas were met with weather issues on the days of our return. When I contacted Diane to let her know, she was already aware of the potential for our flights to get canceled and had taken care of the situation by rerouting us to get around the weather and still get home on the same day as we had planned. Outstanding!!!

We are in a wedding party that is paying large amount of money to go to Bahamas Other location screwed up our airfare. “ Long story “. I’m new to travel. I called this location to inquire about airfare lady was rude on phone. Wish I remembered her name, Call was placed on 2-22-18 . She told me airfare was climbing as you get closer to the date. Will i just found out thru other location that they can lock in a price so you don’t lose a seat or have to pay more. She never offered that or told me that . So now we are stuck paying more again for airfare by $500. Don’t you hire a travel agent to learn and do things like this? Never again I’ll never hire anyone affiliated with superior travel nor recommend them in the future. === Update after seeing their response strengthens my negative feedback. We did not choose to search cheaper flights We took the advice of your travel agent. Way to make it sound like it’s my fault with your response.

Never have used a travel agency before I was expecting a little more. I would have been better off just booking everything for my 10 year aniversery trip myself. At least then there would not have been any surprises. We figured when we paid off our trip that it was actually paid off. NOPE! One week before we head to Kauai we find out that we are going to have to pay an extra $500 or so for taxes, fees and other things. Plus we have to call and confirm our excursions. I know that is a small thing but if I wanted to call I would have just booked it myself. I do not recomend using a travel agent especially this one. Its cheaper if you just do it yourself.

The lady's name that helped me was Karla she did everything I asked for and alot more. She was a big help and saved me a Big Headache! I will definitely go to Superior Travel and ask for Karla next time I need to book anything! Thank You Karla👍
