Bad costumer service!!!  they don’t knew how can they deal with costumer . One of the employee had bad attitude when I asked him to give me total amount  of the tickets To take out my items so he refused to do so while other employee was more professional  did it for me not recommend Businesss

If I could give negative stars I would by a million. The people at this location is very rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional and act like they are better then you. I would not recommend anyone to go there even if they where my last resorts. I take a lot for me to leave a review.

Maribel is cool. She gave me $180 for pawning both of my laptops. This is best pawnshop in Arizona and I'm from Cali. I'd give it more stars if I could.

Place has gone downhill since Fabian isn't there anymore. I've been going here for years, but will not anymore the old manager lady is rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor go ANYWHERE else. They'll help you and probably do it with less attitude.

Ask for Fabian, he knows what he is doing. Awesome manager and great staff!  Always a good deal when I come here. *Thumbs up* on customer service.

Customer service is so bad especially the manager as I was walking in she stared me from head to toe. When I asked her a question she rudely said no even before I finished asking. So I took my business somewhere else.
