I called prior to arrival and asked about an item I wanted to pawn and I was told to come in with so they could see it. However when I was finally called to the window I was told they do not take any of the items I was bringing which was car audio she said we do not take car audio sorry and dismissed me however I spoke to somebody there and they told me they did she never said we do not take her out if she said bring it in so we can see it I've had a horrible experience here and never come here again I was already ashamed of coming to a pawn shop cuz it's tuition I mean and she just made it worse never go to this pawn shop it sucks no customer service very unprofessional

I visited this store 2 years ago with an 18kt 1 ct diamond ring. Dude told me it was cubic zirconia lol I knew that was a lie being that I purchase all fine jewelry from certified jewelers. I went to Ez pawn they gave me $950 for the same ring. The guy said was fake. Recently took a laptop touchscreen 2019 model. They didn’t even turn it on or open it they just said it’s too old lol as I watched the surface tablet from 2012-2015 load over and over again that model won’t even work with updated windows etc. I only went because it was closer. Still ended up at ez pawn. I can’t speak for the others but I can’t do nor consider this place any longer.

Staff are rude, I experienced discrimination numerous of times. They would refuse for me to pawn items for different reasons, I asked my neighbor to pawn the same itemsMy items they refused which they did. We refused to pawn here. Primary Hispanic staff at that. I recommend not this pawn shop.

Horrible customer service and the guy with the lip sore showed a lack of compassion towards an elderly man. Rude attitude and not willing to work with you. Go to another one. This one SUCKS. And they lock you inside for some reason. Unsafe area.

OUTRAGED!!!! I went to location by chance because my mom thought someone took her jewelry. I assured her it was the same Earings that family bought as a child and ones my husband purchased in Saudi Arabia. I was wearing 3 Bangle bracelets from Lebanon that a close friend had traded for me. I am 95 percent it was EVELYN who checked my mom's earnings and I just wanted a quick weight and appraisal on my bracelets. MY LORD THIS INCOMPETENT RUDE PERSON NOT ONLY TOLD ME ALL MY STUFF WAS FAKE and was insulting me as well..I told her I've had these 18 years and have worn them the last 3 years straite..No change. She said I guess they make good FAKES. I told her this is a serious matter..That many earings and 3 bracelets and I your telling my stuff is fake. I told her double check.. She pushed it toward me in front of the trainee and said sorry and basically bye bye NOW ! The store was busy and this was in front of many people ! I LEFT CRYING! It took me almost 4 months to take them to professional jeweler. He said 100 percent 18 to 21 easy. NO WAY ANYONE COULDN'T DECLARE 14 and above..That many pieces and upset customer. She is training so she presented herself as it stops here !! I LOST 2 PAIRS OF MY MOMS EARING BECAUSE I LET A RANDOM FRIEND CHECK THEM. THIS PLACE CAUSED ME PAIN and I didn't talk to my friend for months. My husband wasn't worried because he's 100 percent middle-eastern and he knows but he doesn't know I mishandled my mom's stuff because of this incompetent person with an attitude

It is a place located in the black community and the Employees/Management all have strong attitude problems. I don't know what they expect out of customers who really need the help, like no one deserves a loan with them. They make it so hard to get a pawn on New or Name brand items. I really don't like to bring out Racism issues but there's a lot of that, that goes on at this Establishment. I went inside with a positive attitude and left with a frown. It was a waste of time and gas money. No one was Helpful at all. Total opposite of what they advertise on Television. ‍

The staff is great when you go in there but they never ever ever answer the phone. I thought they were there to do business. I’ve been calling them all morning they do not answer the phone

Came in to buy wedding rings and a gold rope. They had a great selection, however we couldn't get anyone to show us anything. The lady asked twice and no one moved. Oh well, on to the next shop.

I wish I could give this less than 1 star. Customer service is horrible, Everytime I come in and all staff is extremely rude. I've given it a try and ended up going to a different company pawn shop. I don't recommend this chain to anyone.it didn't make sense that I had been waiting in line for 15-20 min but someone who had just walked in was helped quicker than I was.

If I could give zero stars I would. I sold something to these people because they said that they wouldn't allow me to pawn it. Since I needed the money, I sold it. About two weeks later or so, I got the money to buy it back. They told me that I had to wait until 1/20/2022 to buy it back. Well, when I went in to buy it, they told me that they had sold it the day before. I'm srill looking for the appropriate agency to report them to.
