Supersonic Car Wash

Poor customer service. I felt like a burden. My car was not vacuumed well, which I paid extra for. There was too much armor all on my floor mats I almost slipped getting into my vehicle. There were spray marks on the passenger door that I wiped down. I am unhappy with the quality of work.

I bought the Unlimited Pass for the best deal. Great price. They pretreat spray for bug removal before the wash which works super. Their staff dry my car, vacuum and clean the windows and wipe down the interior. I always tip the staff for their work.

They cleaned the outside but failed to clean my third seat area. The also lefty trash and we’re sloppy. They failed to clean the console properly. Very disappointed!
