I called this morning to discuss my budget and my credits. Spoke with Rita in customer service. She was extremely pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. At 65 years old, I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I have ever had with any utility company or any customer service person.

It took a number of phone calls to hop energy to have the technician show up, but once he came they were very helpful

Late both appts and still not working when they left.. Had to fix it myself..

Great survey, deliveries always on time! Had a couple no heat calls and was I glad to have my service plan! Friendly techs, helpful and willing to explain the work performed
