The Ventura is an amazing community. I have lived here for close to two years now and have nothing but positive things to say. Starting with the staff, I am welcomed each and every day and they really know me too. Packages are often sent right up to my apartment without me even asking. Anytime I have had a need for maintenance, the team responds in as little as 30 minutes and does not leave without solving the issue. I plan to remain in this community for much longer!
Absolutely recommend! What a lovely building in a fantastic neighborhood with phenomenal staff. From management to the building staff, everyone is so kind and thoughtful. Jia and Sally made moving in a breeze. Ira, Dave and Bruce truly go above and beyond. An added bonus, Fairway is right next door. If you are considering moving in, you can rest assured you will love your new home!
I have lived in the building for approximately 2 years and the elevators have been abysmal. They have only gotten worse recently. Even with 2/3 functioning, frequent waits to get up & down even from the lowest floors is a constant pain-point in living here. It is a frequent occurrence that only 1 of the 3 elevators is in service as one will be broken or one will be used for service/garbage/maintenance and the waits are downright unacceptable.
I have been leaving at The ventura for almost 13 years and so far it`s been a great experience. The building is secure, clean and well maintained. The staff is courteous, helpful and professional. They make you to feel welcome and at home. The building have a great gym for the gym rats. LOL! and a rooftop with BBQ grills that have a telefantastic vistas of NYC! I totally recommend The Ventura as your future home. Cheers!
I’ve lived for year but all the concierge are nice and friendly. Elevator issues have been fixed so much better than when I moved in.
The concierge was highly disrespectful, even though I treated him with the utmost respect. I came to visit someone, and the attitude I received from that man was so unnecessary.
Was a great building until Rose associates took over the management, They are rude, dont care about the residents and have over priced the apartments. The building is rundown and the management company is HORRIBLE. Dont move here unless you want to overpay and be under appreciated.
concierge was extremely rude to the point that you would think he owned the entire building himself.
