Had the absolute BEST time here making beef Wellington with chef dom! You can bring your own wine and drink while you cook. The food came out amazing and chef dom goes above and beyond to make sure your food is on point and even made us a desert! I will absolutely be back to cook with her!
DO A COOKING CLASS!! It was so much fun! Chief Dominic is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and I learned so much! She was also very personable and funny! I will definitely be taking many more! The experience is well worth it.
Took the cooking class with chef Dominique @ the South Park Mall location in Charlotte. Had a fantastic time. Dominique was an excellent instructor. She made the class really fun. She had a great personality, sense of humor & explained things really well. She was enthusiastic about the class & that made everyone else feel the same. The meal we cooked was so delicious. Loved the chocolate molten cake!! The class is a bit pricey, but it was worth it. I would take another class again & hope that she is teaching it.
It’s been three months since I registered my daughter for cooking class during summer. Then I decided to cancel after first class she already attended. It wasn’t to our expectations I had to call more than five times for my refund that they keep promising to credit me after one month I got a portion of it . I am still haven’t got the rest of my refund as I was told from their store manager when I called to cancel the classes. Then I stopped at the store to ask for my refund . They gave me a receipt for my refund to be credit to my account and still didn’t get any thing .
We got a beautiful chopping board from here! They have good stuff, absolutely loved it.
Amazing cooking class with Chef Michael! We had a great time making delicious gnocchi and gnudi… and then feasting on them. We’ll be back.
Update: they are refusing to accept responsibility for not only their damage, but the fact they said we would be compensated, and then proceeding to work on my knives without written consent. Their district manager offered a $50 gift card for $300 in damages. As if that will replace our knives, or we would ever spend another penny at this company. We have no choice but to move to small claims court to recoup our loss. This is insane a company cannot admit fault and replace or compensate for their mistake. I'll start by being that customer and say I have spent an ungodly amount of money here. Most of my kitchen is stocked from here. I recently decided to use them to sharpen my knives. The biggest headache and mistake I could have made. I dropped them off, picked them up the same day. When I got home and unsheathed them, they were destroyed. Wavy and unusable. Thinking I was dealing with a company I respected I contacted customer service who asked for photos, and agreed compensation was the right path. They referred us to the store. Darcy, the manager was great when we arrived with the damaged knives, shared she couldn't believe how someone could have done this damage. She took the knives, and asked if we still wanted to go the compensation route, we said yes and provided our address as understandably the store cannot just cut a check. We left the knives also understanding we didn't expect to keep them and receive compensation. She assured us we would have a call back from her Tuesday. This was a Saturday. Tuesday comes and goes, no response. Then on Wednesday we receive a call our knives are "fixed". We never signed or gave anyone permission to touch the knives again, and only left them under the guise we were turning them in to be compensated for them. Shocker, the manager "wasn't in" and couldn't be reached. So the associate manager who is the one I left the knives with the first time tells me she was told by Darcy to fix them and call us. Half the blade is gone from each knife from trying to "fix them". It's now been weeks since I first asked for my knives to simply be sharpened and we are getting the runaround on a resolution. We are left without kitchen knives, and no can be bothered to call, and sort this out. I am begging you to move your money to Williams Sonoma who has never blatantly lied to us, and certainly has not damaged our products. This is a sorry excuse for a store who refuses to own what they did, and make it right.
Terrible Customer Service. My daughter and son bought my wife a birthday present of an online Indian cooking class for yesterday afternoon. They scrambled around assembling the ingredients and ensuring that my iPad was set up for Zoom. My daughter confirmed the class earlier in the day and received the password / joining information. Along came the time for the class, and NOTHING! My daughter telephoned a customer service representative and received a bunch of chin music as to the unexpected cancellation of the class around which several family members had organized their calendars. They then decided to cook the meal using the recipes without the benefit of the Zoom instruction. The various dishes were delicious which makes me question the efficacy of needing an online class..
We did the Date Night cooking class with Chef Michael Epifanio! It was so much fun, and we learned so many techniques and tricks during the class. Chef Michael was super encouraging and enthusiastic- the time flew by! He let us learn by doing, so we really felt like we had accomplished something when we were done. The food was amazing, and I can’t wait to make the meal again at home. We will definitely be taking more classes! It was a blast!
I wish I was going to a cooking class for my birthday tomorrow. Unfortunately the store called today to tell us the class had been cancelled because not enough people signed up. So now we’re scrambling to make last minute birthday plans even though reservations at my top restaurant choices are booked. I may have a better review if they’d made any effort to make up for cancelling last minute, such as offering a discount on another class in the future.
