I had the privilege of working as a caregiver for Surety Home Care for about 2 years while I was going through nursing school. Jason and Patty are truly amazing to work with! They are very flexible with scheduling and were always available to communicate. Whether it be in the day time or night time, they were always there if I had any questions. I have met amazing clients while working through Surety.

BEWARE I Can’t express how rude and disrespectful these owners and caregivers are. The lack of experience from the caregivers and the lack of professionalism from Patty and Jason. They may portray being nice and put together but they are the worst agency you could pick for your loved one. For months they tried to hide the true identity of their agency but glad I got my loved one proper and professional and adequate care. Don’t go with them

I can't say enough about Surety Home Care. My mother-in-law broke her ankle, and EVERY single caregiver that they sent to our home over a 2+ week period was professional and amazing. Patty accommodated our family on every level. Just an all around professional company.

My community needed companion assistance for a resident that was having a difficult transition from home to community. I called Patty and Jason both to make sure the urgency was noted and there was a caregiver there by 6a the next morning. The staff that we’ve worked with from Surety Home Care have been awesome. They show a level of caring that I expect from my staff. There is compassion, and patience in the care their caregivers offer. If you’re ever in need of staffing assistance or companion assistance you should give Surety a call.

Surety Home Care came highly recommended to me by a dear friend of mine and I am so glad I listened to my friend. Calling Surety Home Care was one of the single best decisions a have ever made. Jason and Patty put any apprehensions I had to rest and made me feel at ease instantly. I literally cried tears of joy when Jason and Patty told me what their company would provide. Their staff of caregivers constantly took a huge load off of my shoulders at a time when I needed it the most. They provided excellent care for my Mother-In-Law, who was at the end stages of her life. That care along with the light housekeeping and little errands were a tremendous help. Everyone at Surety Home Care is absolutely lovely and caring and were so helpful throughout the entire process of my Mother-In-Laws last days. The caregiver that was with me during my Mother-In-Laws final hours helped me through her transition. She was here to help with bathing, and cleaning of her room, and whatever else I needed. She even helped me after the funeral home arrived for my Mother-In-Law. It was such a relief, at such a difficult time, to not have to think about cleaning up my Mother-In-Laws room or dealing with her laundry, and all the other little things we don’t think about beforehand, at a time like that. Do yourself a favor and call Surety Home Care now, you will be glad you did.

We have been using this company since February for in home care and companionship for my 88 year old mom who has dementia. Every caregiver has been wonderful. The level of professionalism and care is 10/10. I recently left on a short trip and could tell when I returned she had been in excellent hands, happy and content. I highly recommend them and Jason and Patty are a pleasure to work with.

I wanted to hire a caregiver to help my mother take care of my father who has Alzheimers. We first met Patty from Surety Home Care back in 2019 but my mom was not ready to have help. Patty stayed in touch, was never pushy and always kind. In January of 2020, my father's condition worsened and my mom agreed to let us hire help. For the past 6 months, we have been very happy with Surety Home Care and the caregivers that come to my parents' house. Patty is easy to communicate with via phone/text/email. The caregivers write a daily report which I can view online to know how everything is going. Although my mom was hesitant for a long time to accept help, she now says she cannot survive without Surety caregivers. During this Covid19 time period, Surety has ensured that their staff and the families they work for are taken care of. Despite being the most vulnerable people in this scary pandemic, I have never felt that my parents safety or health was at risk. Surety has made sure that all possible safety precautions and cleanings are followed by their caregivers. I am continuously impressed and will recommend them to anyone who is in need of elderly care.

We can't say enough good things for surety. The caregiver made our mom happy and comfortable. She always did extra things like clean the house and made pots of soup for everyone. Thank you surety home care!
