Super knowledgeable and friendly. It was the only place around that offered me free shipping on a bike I needed to order...bike was delivered and built within 3 days of me ordering it. Great experience overall.

Excellent service, we ended up here accidentally (our group leader sent the wrong address). They were very accommodating to our family of 5 (with 3 kids 6 and under who needed extra attention). They expertly fitted us with helmets and training wheel bikes and were just so nice about the whole thing.

The gentleman at the counter was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. The price was half of what I was expecting and the repairs were done sooner than expected. They even put the bike in the truck for my wife. I definitely recommend this business for Bikes, Repairs and Accessories.

My family is new to the island, and we needed bikes for a church sponsored bike ride on Columbus Day. I stumbled upon the shop because it was the only one that had their front door open on a Sunday at four. It was supposed to close at two but the owner was still there. I hesitantly walked in and asked if he could help me. He was so gracious to attend to the needs of our family for our bike ride on Monday. He got me everything I needed and worked out a drop spot that was open on Columbus Day. I would highly recommend this store and it's other locations for all of your bike needs! Stellar customer service and great bikes for everyone.

I went with my father-in-law to pick out a new bike that he could ride while he was down in Beach Haven. He has an older cruiser that's not really safe enough for him to feel comfortable. He had some specific concerns about being comfortable and also being able to put his feet down if he needed to. Charlie and Ben at the Brant Beach location were excellent. They we very patient, didn't push any particular bikes on us, discussed options for helping make the bike more comfortable for my 75 year old FIL and in the end we actually went with one that Ben recommended. They are super-nice and very helpful and even dropped the bike off at the house for free.
