Unreal group of people. Got a new wetsuit yesterday from them and was so easy and chill no hassle! They know what they are talking about!!! Highly recommended.

Its very unfortunate that this is one of the few surf shops in Ontario where I receieved very poor customer service....They were somewhat helpful when purchasing my equipment.After purchasing this equipment I realized that there a manufactor defect on it.When I went to exchange/find a feasible solution JEFF was not helpful as he acused me of breaking the unworn equipment. He called me a liar, roled his eyes, raised his voice and was agressive towards me. He didnt help me whatsoever and seemed annoyed at the fact that I needed a solution. I dont recomend this surf shop to anyone it was a nightmare and the worst experience ive ever had within the surfing community.

Incredible staff! I spent over 2 hours talking to them! Getting advice for repairs, talking about board options, and just waxing surf! They were amazing, and helped me find a great board. Highly recommended!!!

Love this place. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I had an issue with my new wetsuit, and they addressed the issue without question exceeding my expectations. Highly recommend :)
