Susan was very good at cutting my hair. She made sure to ask me how I exactly wanted my cut and was careful at every step of the process.
I asked for a baleyage and a blend from brown roots to lighter ends, but this is what I was given. She wouldn’t fix it, was extremely rude with me, and shushed me away so she can work with other customers. She said she messed up my hair because there was henna but henna was on the bottom. The top is clearly messed up pic for referral. ————————————————————— Responding to the reply on my post: 1. You saw my hair, touched it and felt it before you started working on me and did no proper consultation with me. Henna was all the way in the bottom of my hair. You clearly messed up the TOP of my hair where there absolutely NO henna. 2. You asked me to come back WITHIN 2 weeks to get my hair fixed so I chose that day. I did not come with 2 people. The other girl was also your customer who’s hair you also messed up and needed a fix!! 3. Sure you refunded me for destroying my hair. You agreed to either fix my hair or refund me 40% minus tip and you did not stay true to your words. I was not refunded 40%. And lastly the photo proofs you are talking about, those “before” hair is mine however you are using someone else “after” hair pic & false advertising your customers which is absolutely wrong! I usually tip generously and at the time you were rushing me to leave so I had no time to decide how much tip you deserve. And it’s funny how you are fooling all ur customers and calling me liar. Your customer service is horrible and I don’t need to say much further as you yourself proofed me right by leaving such a long hateful reply. *attaching picture of what she was supposed to do & what she actually did
I took my teen daughter for her first haircut in many years. She loved her experience and the style is great. The stylist Susan? was gentle, careful and has a great technique. Could not praise this place highly enough. Thank you for a lovely cut.
Susan is the best stylist I ever met. She takes pride in doing my hair. She is so attentive and creative and always knows what I want done. I dont go know where else and I bring my 3 year old daughter as well. You need a stylist or just a cut take my advice and go to Susan Hair Salon, I promise u wont regret it.
I am living in New York since 7 years and I have tried couple of places for my haircut via references, never ever satisfied with anyone's work on my hair. I am so happy that I tried Susan Hair Salon and Susana who is the owner of place did a fabulous job on my hair cut. I am really glad to find this place. Thanks Susana

Don’t waste your time or money. Messed up my a simple layer haircut that I asked for. Gave me uneven haircut and to hide it, the girl curled and styled my hair so I don’t spot it!! Won’t be coming back.
