This is the best sushi place in all of Colorado Springs. The staff is super friendly and the owner is awesome. I recommend going by yourself or with others and bringing your appetite with you!
Every time we go they have new food prepared right there in front of us just for us to try. No matter what we order we always end up being stuffed to the gills and they keep trying to give us more food it's kind of like being in your Grandma's Kitchen you can't leave without eating as much as she thinks you need to eat.
I highly recommend Sushi Ring!

It's a small little place that may not look like much, but this place packs a punch. Most of the seating is around the sushi bar where you can chat with your chef. They're great about making sure you get something you like. Definitely not a place to go I'd you're in a hurry, plan some time to enjoy this. The all you can eat option covers nearly anything on the menu and is a great value if you actually like sushi. Normally I'd have pictures with my review, but the boys dug into the plates as soon as they arrived, and I wasn't far behind them.

This establishment converted me to a sushi lover. The owner, Elvis, is Japanese, speaks Spanish & broken English and is so playful with his guests. Plastered wall-to-wall with Elvis memorabilia, the place is tiny and it's always either too hot or too cold. BUT the FOOD. Oh my gosh, the food. Starting with incredibly fresh ingredients, they offer a wild variety of raw & cooked sushi choices and carefully craft a culinary work of art that would have the real Elvis singing, "I can't help falling in love...". The flavors give my mouth the giggles. Seriously delicious. Three months ago I wouldn't go near sushi. Now I'm a regular.

I would probably say the best sushi in town by far. I have been eating at this place since moving to the springs and I haven't been to a better place yet. Also the fact you can get all you can eat for 27.50 is awesome and it includes the entire menu for the most part I highly recommend this to anyone that looking for a great place to eat and to have a good time

Went to the Sushi Ring to try their "All You Can Eat" sushi menu and we left hungry because not only was the service terrible but also because each roll was served separately to the two of us with wait times of at least 5 minutes between them. It's embarrassing to eat what has been served to you when the person that is with you is waiting and watching you eat because their plate is still empty with no food. The restaurant wasn't busy when we arrived and it still took forever to just get the first roll served to one of us and then the other person had to wait another 5 minutes for theirs , and to top it off the sushi chef didn't seem to care at all that anybody was waiting and was slow as the Seven Year Itch! After 40 minutes, we finally got tired of waiting and went to a Chick-FIL-A. The couple of rolls that we ended up paying over $60 for were good but sure weren't worth that! We will never go back and will try other sushi places in the Springs hoping next time to get our monies worth. This place ruined a good Saturday evening!
