I scheduled a flu shot here same day. It was super convenient because it is very close to where I live and there was plenty of parking. Everyone I met there was very nice & the facility was new and clean. It was a very quick visit, but I’d be willing to come back for other services in the future.
This location has terrible customer service. I made an appt to have a really bad bruise looked at. The bruise is so bad that a huge lump has developed below my waistline above my butt and pain when walking. I received a call 30 min before my appt and was told they can't see me because they can't see patients below the waist. My appt was at 6:20pm. Had I gotten a call sooner, I would have been able to go elsewhere instead of dealing with this so late when most urgent care locations close at 7pm. The front desk staff was very rude to me. Whoever the 2 staff members in the office need training on how to speak to patients. This was Nov 10, 2022 at 6:20pm.
This is a walk in clinic however they will only see you if you have an appointment. I went in for a TB assessment for some volunteer work - my appt. was at 4:00, I was not seen by the clinician until at least 4:20. When I arrived the door to the facility was locked, there is no call button so you just have to wait until someone comes to the door. They took me back to a room shortly after checking me in but there were no other patients that I could see or hear in the facility so I didn't understand what took them so long to see me.
The nurses were great - but James declared, multiple times - including in front of other staff - that I had "attitude". James could have just been having a bad day - that happens to all of us - but I think someone should remind James that he is in the service business - and that he should make an effort to more cheerfully deal with a scheduling error made elsewhere by someone on the same team as him i.e. Sutter..
I had bronchitis for eight weeks! I went to two other doctors. One was on the right path but it was tele-health so it only got me so far. The second was urgent are and they said I had asthma. So I made an appointment and I could not be happier. The doctor took ample time to go through everything and document it so I had it all in file. It’s only a day later and all prescribed meds have now given me relief I have been needed for weeks! I wish I could choose her as my PCP!
Very poor experience in the walk in care. The receptionist intentionally doesn’t let patients enter the building and it was very cold and windy outside. I have been waiting for more than 10 minutes outside and knocked the door 3 times. Never come back to this site again.
Don't "Walk-In" ... Run away. My son had a bladder infection confirmed 30 minutes later by a competent physicians assistant at a non-Sutter, walk-in medical establishment at the mall across the street. When we visited this Prospect Sutter Walk in, I explained that my son likely has a bladder infection -- "Sorry we don't do male urological". He explained that we only treat minor stuff, like "kids with colds." A bladder infection is not minor? If a disease can usually be cured with cranberry juice, it's categorically minor!!! We signed up with Sutter in August 2022; in my opinion Sutter is at the pointy tip of a grim, healthcare dark age. At Sutter Blossom Hill Rd. Clinic we have experienced extremely poor access to care, ridiculous delays, troubling apathy, condescending attitudes from clerical staff, incompetence and poor follow through. I am blown away.
My primary doctor is serving at Sutter Health in Mountain View. It’s kind of hard to make an appointment with her if I just wanted to have a walk-in service on someday. This client helps me to solve this problem basically. All of staffs are friendly and quick service. Cleanliness is very good. Office hours and parking space are convenient. Location is little far away from my home. Hope Sutter Health will add a new location in East San Jose.
The staff at Coleman center are very helpful, respectful and kind. Have been there several times and have nothing but good things to say. Had the best experience compared to any other clinic. The place was clean and neat. The staff were well organized and worked through all their patients so quickly and efficiently. Would certainly recommend others to this clinic. One particular nurse was emphatic and patient, went out of her way to calm patients who had difficulty taking the shot. Kudos to her and Sutter health clinic.
Oct 26 arrived 11:25 for 11:40 appointment. Doors locked, one couple waiting since 11. Man called and doors finally opened at 11:35. Couple received their flu shot and I received my Covid booster. Normally I am shown the med to be given. In this case the assistant filled the vile and injected me. The only reason I know I received a real dose was a slightly sore arm the next morning. Somewhere between the injection room and the front desk they "misplaced" the plastic holder used to protect my Covid record card.
