I came here to get my hair braided as a walk-in and I am very glad with the service. Make sure that you come in to the right building she’s directly next to another hair braiding salon but Suzanne salon is the one that is to the left. Her salon is clean and she’s very professional and friendly and tries her best to do exactly what you want. Suzanne does appointments by phone, not text, but you can always walk-in, like me. Yesterday in the middle of the day I walked in and they fitted me in their schedule. Kelly did my knotless, my hair came out nice even though the hair isn’t good quality. I bought it from Amazon but Suzanne is going to New York to pick up good quality hair in all ombré colors. I stopped going here 2021 because they don’t braid the hair all the way down, they leave at least 2 inches unbraided and then don’t trim the braids. I got my hair done yesterday and I paid $200, Multiple braids are already frizzy because she didn’t tuck, i noticed my hair is out of the braids so I called to see if they would rebraid and Suzanne told me “we are professionals we do neat braids we don’t fix hair coming out” but she had a stylist that doesn’t speak English do my hair and she did not tuck my type 4 hair. I won’t ever go back here, there are people who will do hair how you want without pulling your hair, without an attitude.Service: Braids

This place was recommended by a friend but SUZANE IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Suzane's Business card states walk-ins are accepted but I called about 9 a. m. and asked if She could braid my daughter's hair, and she told me to come in at 4 p.m. I drove 2 hours to get to her shop, and she kept me waiting for 1.5 hours. When she finally got to see what I wanted for my daughter, she was pricy, and when I proposed what I was willy to pay, she told me she didn't even like taking kids in on weekends. We finally agreed and not knowing I could speak and understand French, I overheard her telling one of her braiders," by the way, she didn't have an appointment; she only called this morning." Excuse me, if I call a business owner, and they give me a time to come in, what is that called? A walk-in? She then came to me, telling me to wait for another braider she had called to come to braid my daughter's hair. We waited another 30 minutes when she then convinced one of her visitors to braid my daughters hair. One of her braiders then told me it was better for the visitor to braid my daughter's hair because the braider I was waiting for was called since 2pm and had not showed up yet. Thank you to the lady who finally braided my daughter's hair but this is the first and last time I would ever step foot here.Service: Braids

Shebhas been doing my hair on and off for years. More so these last 2 years. She is PHENOMENAL. I only let her do my hair and my daughters. She grows our hair! She loves to talk and it takes a minute to get going but when she does she is all go. We just love her. I've seen her daughters work as well. Between the 2 of them, this is where you want to go for braids or weaves. No one else can do my braids in COLORADO. She's feasible and can make beauty with your budget.Service: Braids
