I got my prom dress altered last minute here. There was a broken zipper, the dress needed to be hemmed, and the dress was too long in the front. She altered it nicely. She had it ready for me the day after too. Of course it costs a little more to get it quicker though

We needed a formal white dress, very last minute, and this was one of the few places that had one that even came close to fitting. They did an amazing job and altered it overnight.

I was there last year and she altered a Prom dress for me in 2 days we picked it and it was perfect

I paid her to make a bow tie. When I went to the store to collect it a week later she gave us a bow that was uneven, huge, had raw edges, messy stiching and the neck band was the thinnest elastic you can buy. We watched her pull the fabric she used out of a scrap pile but she still refused to give us a refund.
