Take the rating with a grain of salt because I didn't purchase anything. I simply went to look around a bit and see what pieces they had. The staff was cool and helpful, and answered any questions I had.
Giuseppe was awesome! He helped my daughter pick her first Swiss timepiece, a Flik Flak kids model. He was also able to hurry us through checkout so we could catch our train. A+!
Deceptive and dishonest. I bought a watch, gifted it, it was tried on, removed, put back in the box, and brought back brand new. They wouldn’t accept it because it “had skin cells on it”. Totally ridiculous. Spend your money with honest people, not these thieves.
Very friendly staff and highly organized store with catchy displays. Repairs done on the spot! Merchandise runs gamut from lower-end to high-end models. Location easily accessible by every medium of public transportation.

This place is so unorganized and very rude went there for omega collab waited from 5 am to 8 am to be told there’s no more than 100 watches from a collection of 11 . That’s crazy they definitely could of said earlier.
Really nice Swatch store - so conveniently located in Grand Central - right in the middle of the store row. I like their clear walls - you can see all the colorful watches that lure you into the store to buy something. I like especially that their watches are water proof. Sales people are not pushy and are very helpful and let you try on all the watches without asking any questions. Great place to get a new watch.
