Swatch Store

I had a very positive experience at the Swatch Store at the Houston Galleria. Antwain Brown, in particular, provided exceptional customer service and was able to help my son fulfill his dream of getting a MoonSwatch. Antwain was very knowledgeable about the various models and took the time to explain all the features and functions of the watch.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. My mother had called the store and asked if they had a watch in stock to which they said they did. I came in later that day looking for the Omega watch she called about. I went to the counter asking if they had any Omega watches, the employees said "No." They did not raise a single finger, did not look around, provided no explanation - just stood there. At this point I'm confused bc my mom had just called a couple hours before confirming that they had the Omega Pluto. So for clarification I asked "Are you guys sold out or do you not carry Omega watches?" The guys there responded "We sold out. I already told you." The moment I walked in they already had a bad attitude. As a paying customer WANTING to make a purchase, to be treated so rudely for asking a question is unacceptable. I willing definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible experience at this store. Made a trip to Houston with my son and decided to go check out the store. I wanted to buy my son and I a matching watch. I asked about the moon swatch and the guy rolled his eyes and say they don’t have any sorry. Rolled his eyes and ignored me the rest of the time. I just wanted to see one I person. I wanted to buy and cool fun colorful watch not a moon swatch. Lost two sales and will never go there again. Spent $800 on two watches at another store.

The best Swatch store I've ever been to! Beautiful watches and the customer service is unbeatable. The store manager Jose is wonderful, he was able to exchange a defective watch for me without issue and get it delivered to me the very next day. I drove from a long way and was not disappointed! Jose made sure to call and follow up that I'd received the watch, which was so kind. My new Swatch is the best and coolest watch I've ever had. Swatch brand, quality and customer service is second to none. Definitely visit this store if you want to be a customer for life. Ask for Jose!

Paid a visit to the Swatch store at the Galleria and was helped by Terrance and Christian. Their customer service was excellent. They were engaging, courteous, and helpful. Many thanks to them both. I will be visiting this location again.

The staff that works at this location is very friendly and looks out for their customers. They are eager to resolve issues and make the customer happy. I would definitely come back to this location for my next watch.

My experience was really good. The manager was incredible, I went there for an watch exchange and it was very quick and successful. I can tell, she knows her job! She gave me suggestions so good that I felt like she knew my likes, one option better than other one. I really recommend this store, its manager and its new cashier are very friendly and professional. Thank you, girls! I love my new watch.

Came by to look at a moonswatch and was immediately shut down by the guy in a suit at the front door. Said they had received 50 or so this morning and we’re gone immediately? Okay whatever not the end of the world. Kept shopping around the mall and eventually met up with my fiancé an hour or so later who was in TEARS. She apparently had stopped by to see if she could get me one from them as a surprise for a wedding present and said she was completely disrespected by the same guy. The swatch group should be absolutely embarrassed by the fact they would hire someone like this. There is a way to treat customers and a way not too. That certainly was not the right way. Horrific experience all around. WOW

One of the worst experiences ever in my life. The team are not professional. I have seen the security guard was mentioning the sales team not to sale the watch for me.
