Very nice place, nice and happy workers. The worker that was at the register, Mikayla, was very friendly and upbeat. Will definitely eat here again.

I am so distraught! I learned tonight that my 2 favorite employees, Kayla and Jasmine are gone!! I will not be back to this location because I have not had good service with anyone else.

Let me start by saying I come to this week frog at least once a week. My visit tonight was horrible. I went in the store about 15 minutes before close period when I walked in a Caucasian female with blonde hair and glasses loudly stated with an irritated tone of voice "I need to turn those open signs off". I go grab a small cup and an extra cup comes out, she once again makes a smart remark "I guess it only does that with the small cups" I get one topping and go to the register where I accidentally spilled my cup on the counter. The girl at the register had brown hair and glasses. She gives me an irritated smile and looked at the blonde haired girl. I sincerely apologized and asked her to give me the towel she was using to clean so that I could clean it up. It was a very small cup. Came to a total of $1.60. I told them that I would take it anyway because I didn't want to be an inconvenience to them. As I was walking out the girl with blonde hair yells "that was the most disgusting thing that I have ever seen". I have never experienced such bad customer service.
