Sweet Frog Knoxville, Premium Frozen Yogurt

Loved everything about this frozen yogurt place except, their selection of low calorie/low sugar items was very limited. And their plain yogurt had gone bad. Great selection of toppings, including mochi, which is my favorite. If u haven't tried mochi, it's like a marshmallow but made from rice. They come in many flavors. I think this store had plain, and chocolate available.

I frequently bring residents to this Sweet Frog from the assisted living where I work. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. The owner actually comes outside and helps me bring residents in and helps take them back to the truck! That's above and beyond when it comes to customer service! The staff will also come over and chat with my residents and has even played bingo with them. I highly recommend Sweet Frog in Turkey Creek!

The frozen yogurt is absolutely delicious with a good variety of toppings to choose from. Staff is very friendly every time I've been there.

Customer service is amazing. Everyone is always very sweet, and the yogurt is great! My daughter and i go there frequently.Would recommend to anyone questioning the place. Bathrooms are also very sanitary for a plus. 10/10
