The owner is super super kind, is always super clean and the only one were I can find my absolute favorite flavor TARO
The location is clean and easy to find. Went in for the first time, as my FroYoZen closed. The owner was not very friendly and just stood there staring at us, while we decided what we wanted. He never uttered a word, it was awkward, as normally business owners want to engage with patrons. We made out selections, aollied our toppings and went to pay. Again, the owner remained silent. He never offered any information on their loyalty program or any other enticement to return. The yogurt was tasty and the side bar was well stocked and neat. Now compared to FroYoZen they are twice as expensive but maybe that's why they closed. What I'm going to do is look for another location, as my desire is to be a regular to a company that wants me as a customer. I would have become a regular but the owner not being interacted just was too creepy for me.
The frozen yogurt here is good but the customer service is horrible, I've been here a few times and EVERY time there is a moody person at the cash register. They don't offer military discount and almost every time I have to sample the yogurt because they will have past due yogurt and I have pointed out that one will taste weird or too sour like it went bad and the gentleman just nods like he knew and says to get a new one!! If you know it went bad why not just get rid of it ?!?! This place is ok but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE
Their "animal policy" states that people with service animals and who are not visibly disabled will not be able to enter the establishment with their service animal. Terrible policy, does not comply with federal regulations, and is so discriminatory--- helllooo... not everyone who has a disability is in a wheelchair!!! Franchise note: first time I've ever seen taro in a froyo establishment.
They say they're open from 12AM-10PM but they are not. I think they might mean 12PM-10PM but I just drove 25min to get here so it's pretty annoying. Even their building has incorrect signage about the times open.
I went there with a birthday coupon from Saturday that was good until next Friday. When I was telling the Asian man there he wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence before yelling “NO, No, No” and every time I tried saying something he kept saying no. He was very rude and disrespectful.
This place was your standard froyo spot. I liked seeing nutritional info on the froyo.... good variety of toppings too.
Not taking as many COVID precautions as they could be. Hand sanitizer was readily available, but you still self serve toppings which seems like a bad idea. I get that they really can’t change the way you get yogurt, but they could fix the topping situation. I wouldn’t go back until after the pandemic. They also had outdoor seating, but the chairs were up so you couldn’t use it. I didn’t understand that. It seemed like they just didn’t want to sanitize the tables between guests.
Love the self serve and charge by weight system. They had cookie and cream here which was great.
the worker there was very disrespectful, said that “we got extra” and before we left we showed him the money and he just took the money and kicked us out. he told us to shh and called us the n word. i would never go there again.
