Dominique gave me one of the best cuts of my life. She was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice on what to use for shampooing and conditioning my hair and how often to just rinse based on what I need. She is clearly very passionate about her profession and that is refreshing for sure. I loved how my hair looked when I left along with how it smelled, and I was in a better mood than when I came in. That's customer service at it's finest. I've been here twice thus far and been very impressed both times. Would recommend to anyone.

If I could give no stars I would. I chose this salon based on the Google reviews. When I called to see if they had an opening they said yes and scheduled for early afternoon. The stylist informed me when I got there that the original stylist i was supposed to get wasn't coming in so she would take my appointment, I later found out she's a colorist. I told her I wanted 2 inches cut off and to trim up my long layers. My hair USED to be waist length. Shortly after she started I felt like I was in a bad scene of Edward sissorhands!! At one point I RE explained that i wanted smooth blended layers, to late, by then she had cut off almost 8 inches of my hair which I now saw laying all over the floor, my hair is now just a little past my shoulders and I will need to find a salon that can FIX this disaster. I would have had FAR more respect if she had called me and cancelled my appointment when the other stylist didn't make it in rather then butchering my hair. A colorist and a stylist are to VERY different things, beware!!!

Everything is wonderful about this Salon ,it's high fashion (McKenzie) personality, talented and beautiful young women that take there time to feel out the person that in there chair. I throw my hands up in the air and give a standing ovation to Paetra. I seen a lot of salon owners and girl your the hardest working one I ever met you there even on your day off and even in the way early am to the latest pm. Gurl you started from the bottom and now your here and your salon show and tells that for everyone to see. 💞💇 Congs to you diva you and your staff of amazing women.....

I visited Sweet Jane as a new-to-town bride and they took excellent care of me on my wedding day, and now go there regularly as a customer. The only experience of note that I have to share involves the first time I got my hair colored. I had never colored my hair before, so I didn't really know what to expect. I was hoping for a big change, but the stylist seemed very reluctant. I spent over $100 and nearly 3 hours there that afternoon, and when I got home realized my hair didn't look any different AT ALL. I was very upset, and my husband convinced me to call and go back in the next day. I reluctantly returned and the stylist informed me she was so glad I came back because she didn't think what she had did the day before would work, because she didn't have the product she wanted to use on hand. What? So if I wouldn't have said anything, she would have just let me pay over $100 for nothing? LUCKILY she was fantastic and "fixed" it by redoing my hair with the correct product at no additional cost. I'm just glad I went back in. Turned out exactly like I had originally wanted. Note to all customers: don't be afraid to go back in and clarify what you want to get your desired results. They are all great stylists and I will still be a loyal customer.
