Excellent service and salad

I usually love my salads at sweetgreen. This new concept does not work for me. The salad they made doesn’t taste right at all and I love seeing my salad made. I also like being able to see what the ingredients look like. It’s a terrible concept and it’s slower than normal. I like the original sweetgreen.

This was painful. 45 minutes to get a salad...probably was better to order in the store. They likely are understaffed but this new system does NOT work. The board they have as the “pick up board” is essentially useless and makes no sense. This location is convenient but I won’t be coming back again.

So slooow. Just trying to sneak out for a lunch salad between calls. I don’t have 45 mins to wait after I order!!

We waited 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time and store was not crowded. Manager brushed us off and said there was nothing he could do. After all that we get home and one salad is missing dressing. Great. New system at this location is a big fail.
