Swift Home Renovations is absolutely amazing!!! We had them restore and extend our existing deck and I could not be happier with the end result! Emrich was phenomenal to work with and was very accommodating, especially with some last minute changes I made to our existing plan for the deck. We also really enjoyed working with Mario and his crew! Their attention to detail and work ethic were very impressive! Swift is a top-notch operation! I got 4 different quotes- Swift and 2 others were in the same ballpark with the 4th being in a different hemisphere. Swift Home Renovations replaced my deck years ago. Because we loved the work they did and the great price, we called them to get my father's house ready for sale. They were able to come in and give me an excellent price and then fit me into their schedule so that we didn't have to wait to get the house to market. My father had left multiple fastener holes in the walls when he moved out. Swift came in and patched each and every hole to where the walls look like new. Their crew was very respectful of the property and were very nice when we were also there working on the house. I highly recommend them to get the job done at a reasonable price. We hired them to replace our front stairway and rear deck, replace rotten wooden siding, and paint the entire exterior of our house.
