I am the widow of a former employee of Swing Staging. I cannot comment on their work. Apparently, it is good. However, I am totally dissatisfied in how they disregarded my husband after he was injured on their job location and wirh the new York State Insurance Company which is or at least was their Insurance company. My husband died 8 years after his accident and it his directly related to his original injuries. Yet, it appears the company did not care and they and the Insurance company only see his death as dollars saved , not a life lost to his family.
Zero help from customer service to expense for delivery and rental swing staging its 100% better system and price wise
We use them for multiple applications. We service our Beta max hoists with them to make sure they are up to the standads needed to work safe and productively.
The person i deal with everyday Nikki Cantos was out on vacation. Great person. I tried to get in touch with a different person in sales. A lady on the phone put me on hold around 10:05 AM. She came back to the phone at about 10:40 AM to tell me they were having issues. she then put me on hold again and waited another 3 minutes until a sales rep finally decide to pick it up. Terrible customer services. They need to address this issues

Fair prices for the rentals, everything I needed is always in stock. My salesman Nikki Cantos is very helpful and professional while answering questions over the phone and in person.

Everything you need for safety good place
I called for a quote and the person I spoke to was pretty unhelpful. I'm not sure how many times I need to repeat "we need to go up 40-50 ft" before a person actually understands...we need to go up 40-50 ft.
Took a32 hr supported safety class at this place the instructor was very good. Thumbs up
