Many people will tell you that if you're looking for high quality, delicious meals, Sybaris is one of the must-visits. As always, it pays to listen to the locals. Sybaris delights on both the food and the drink fronts. The staff were a delight- welcoming, fun, and knowledgeable and made you feel right at home. The starting bread, hand made and fresh, was fluffy, moist, and full of flavor. A perfect way to begin when accompanied by their delicious mixed drinks. The appetizers were inventive and charming, the curried peach soup with cayenne whipped cream was a fresh take on spicy and just the right amount of sweet to balance. The entrees were done to perfection. The salmon was moist with a nice sear on the outside while remaining decadent inside, and the veal was simply incredible paired with the blistered lemon sauce. Finally, the lamb merguez stuffed peppers with a mint -chile drizzle offered another unique, fun pairing of deliciousness in 3 distinctive ways. The dessert still ran away with the show, if you can believe. Our table was split between the sweet corn flan with the best dark mole cherries and the apricot sachertorte as our favorites. Both delectable and perfect ways to end a meal with a glass of Port. Grab a reservation you'll probably need one and don't hesitate to treat your tastebuds- it's definitely worth it!
Well, where to start Service are lovely, I can see worker are trying their best to provide good service to us, no doubt about it. I love it. I appreciate their attitude that taking care of our ice cream because they run out of the special appetizer. Alcohol is really great, I’m sure if they open a bar would be a lot of ppl coming for it. No doubt for their drinks. Appetizer are absolutely disappointed, price are not expensive, around 10$ for each but did not reach what I expect, I mean their appetizer is creative but … anyhow Entrees are exactly as what I expected, about average on this price. Dessert are great, not really sweet and I believe the ice cream is hand made Anyway, I will give 3 star not because how much I hate it, just base on the taste of the food I just think they can do better I guess.
My family had just come from a fabulous birthday celebration meal. I did choose the location mostly for the Escargot hadn't had any since I moved from Europe they unfortunately changed to their new menu before I could give it a shot. I did have the chilled Scottish poached egg and salmon.. very tasty. The Veal T-Bone steak was delicious but beware... That's a lot of meat. My only slight small tiny complaint, which is probably mostly a personal preference, the desert Melons Sangria, it wasn't sweet enough. The rest of my family were happy with their selection as well. Thank you everyone for the amazing service a d great hospitality, one of the nicest staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with!
First, of all the The staff was amazing! Super nice and friendly and told us about the menu and the dishes. The wine was the best I've ever had. Checked up on us throughout the night making sure our drinks were full. Very quiet and cozy they had nice music playing and candles lit at the table. Very fancy the butter came out on rocks and the fresh bread tasted amazing. The food was so good and fresh you can tell they take their time preparing the meal. One of the best restaurant experiences I've had! I would highly recommend to anyone
Sybaris Bistro never disappoints. The restaurant is beautiful, the staff friendly and the food is excellent. I ordered the special which was a blackened salmon. The fish was cooked perfectly and the seasoning just right. I also ate the best roasted squash I have ever tasted. I seriously could eat that dish every single day. If you're looking for fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere for a reasonable price, I highly recommend Sybaris Bistro. The menu changes monthly so better get there soon if you want that squash appetizer!
This place is spectacular. The service was immaculate. The food was incredible. The atmosphere was perfect. They even surprised me with a free birthday dessert. It takes a little planning as they require reservations and have a pretty small space. But it's certainly worth it.
I love this place. The couple who run it are caring and wonderful - may they never burn out on this business. Service is amazing. Food is delicious, and menu changes every month which I love, as it's usually something enticing. Decor is welcoming and relaxing even with Churchill everywhere.... It's a place to go with friends. Go for just appetizers and drinks, just dessert and coffee, or the whole shebang.
The food, the service, the ambiance are all uniquely excellent at Sybaris. The menu is eclectic. The specials live up to the name. The chef is a genius. On our most recent visit, we had the New York steak and a sockeye salmon dish. We also had the chilled peach soup which is a savory fruit soup, and we ended the meal with creme brulee and the hazelnut chocolate dessert for which they're famous. Best meal we've had in a year. Waitstaff is exceptional. Make a reservation ahead of schedule.
This restaurant definitely one of the best in the area! It has a fancy interior and calm atmosphere. The staff are really nice, and the food is amazing.
