I just had of the BEST experiences I’ve ever had in a jewelry shop. Justin Schirra is the best. I even had my wife come to the store. They soiled us and treated us like the royalty. My wife and I visited Sylvan’s Jewelers today and were blown away by the service and experience. Charles greeted us as we walked in, he immediately asked if we would like a beverage, and spent over an hour talking with us while trying on luxury timepieces and jewelry. His patience, expertise, and service was excellent and we look forward to being future clients. Highly recommend visiting if your in the area.

My husband and I have had nothing but AMAZING experiences at Sylvan’s with Charles. He is knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. Charles guided us through the process of creating and purchasing my husband’s wedding band as well as my engagement ring and wedding band. We felt taken care of at every step and our visions for our rings were fully realized!

I took my wife’s wedding ring in to get repaired and polished. Justin greeted me and was very patient and gracious. He put the diamond under a microscope to get the serial number and explained the process for repairs. The ring was repaired in about three weeks and came back looking brand new. Justin again put it under the microscope to ensure it was the same diamond and suggested we bring it in annually for a free cleaning. Can’t say enough good things about my experience at Sylvan’s and with Justin specifically. Very helpful and professional. Will be back for all of our jewelry needs in the future.

Sylvan‘s jewelers is the best. My Rolex watch was serviced with a one-year warranty. It stopped after 18 months. David Wilcox and his staff covered my watch repair at no charge even though they had no obligation to do so. I’ll be back to purchase more from them. They exceeded my expectations and earn my continued business. I encourage everybody to go there for their next purchase. Thank you Sylans!

Came in to find a wedding band and Charles made the process seamless! He was knowledgeable and helpful the whole way and he is such a genuine and thoughtful soul. Since getting our wedding bands, we’ve also purchased a few watches and other custom jewelry all because of how inviting and sincere Charles was during our initial visit. Sylvan’s will be our jeweler indefinitely and we cannot recommend this place, and Charles, enough!

I stopped in Sylvan’s with some friends to look for a watch. We spoke with Charles. Charles was an excellent person to deal with. He treated us like friends and not like a sales person. He explained in detail the history of some of the watch companies and how they evolved. He is clearly extremely qualified and knowledgeable for his position. He was down to earth and provided his opinion on pieces I was interested in. These opinions were in favor of a least expensive option which showed me he wasn’t just trying to upsell me. They ended up not having the watch I was looking for in stock at the time, they assured me they’d let me know when it became available. They had such a large variety of items in general… I ended up finding another piece of jewelry which was perfect for an upcoming occasion. Thank you Charles and Sylvan’s for the excellent experience and friendship. Look forward to coming back for future jewelry pieces. I recommend everyone stop by and see what they have to offer you!
